I gave Bubbles a try. It had a really blurry effect. Today, when I turned it off, the Vale was SO bright, crisp, and vibrant in comparison. I needed sunglasses!
An underwater theme is fun, and it matches the event perfectly. But when you're underwater it’s difficult to see things, so it is not surprising that Bubbles obscures. There have been some complaints from players. If anyone doesn’t like the Bubbles weather, you can remove it by selecting a different theme at the Weather Station, but not 'None'. None will revert to Bubbles every time you open your game. I usually choose Fireflies because it’s calming and doesn’t add a lot of excessive animation to slow down your game. I hardly even know it's there.

FYI: I’ve requested the parent dragons that are missing in the event market, which include, Davinese, Murano, Omen, Psyche, Rose, Sunstruck, and Woolen. Deca agreed to add them, but we don’t know when. Probably sometime this coming week.

I love the bubbles, but it seems like it would be so much nicer if they'd just reduce opacity of the shimmering water effect by at least 50 percent. There's such a thing as too much realism...🥴

The post on the first page says Deca isn’t changing the name and the image shows the breeding combo as Crawler+Wisp. But those Elements don’t match any of our spoiler combos. I’m guessing it will not be dragon #6 this event. I’m confused; maybe it was on a different site?

Deca didn't change the name of the dragon from the original name given to it by Neovally - Sipho. Deca doesn't usually keep the same name. I don't think that they have ever kept the same breeding combo as the original suggested by the artist.

You're earning less because there's no extra EC mechanic and the hidden items give 64 EC (which isn't the lowest it's ever been but is pretty low). The Aquarium habitat is in the same category as all event habitats, the last one in the event market. If ever you can't find an event item, there's always a post on the event thread that lists everything that is available to buy.

!!! I just got a twin Toco from a friend! Now I can focus on limiteds in Co-Op! If all goes well I'll have a completely golden Dragonarium by the end of this event, as well as all enhancements!

The breeding hint is empty, so here’s the pop-up description of the breeding hint.
Take a quadruple leap into the Deepest Depths with the watery and long-awaited Quadruple Leap Year dragon!
Quadruple Leap Year is in the co-op with four times the splashy fun! Koala quad to all!
Breeding hint: any four elements
Incubation time: 20 hours
Contributing elements: all ten elements
Habitats: Rainbow, water, dark
Breeding percentages: breeding hint 3% (if you don’t own it) 1% (if you own it); co-op clone 1%
Cloning dragons:
Elders • any Elder dragon
Hybrids • any hybrid
PRO TIP: If you collect traited dragons, be sure to breed your Quad dragon in the Rift first since the breeding percentage is lower once you own the dragon. You can always buy the dragon untraited or wish for it, but the only way to obtain a traited version is to breed it at the Rift Breeding Cave.
For possible breeding combos, I'm using Darkarm + Chitin to obtain EC from the long breeding fails of the dark and metal dragons. Apocalypse and the Rift count as an element, so you don't need four primary elements, but the breeding percentage will still be 3%.

Do you think they were specifically waiting for this event to release it? Cos maybe that means the YotD dragon will be event-themed too!
No, it wasn’t purposefully. The Quad is just really late, so Deca decided to make it one of the limiteds instead of a separate limited like the rest of the Leap Year dragons. It does cut back a little on the number of dragons they need to create and for players to collect.
I'm hoping for a wood theme for the YotD since 2024 is the Year of the Wood Dragon.

Oh wait! Bright Wild Nights Spellforms do not sell for event currency. They’re too expensive, so selling them would result in a lot of EC. They’re different from the other enhancement pieces because they’re one piece. Players do not have to collect various costume parts. As a result, they cost more and are worth more. If evolve decos and enhancement pieces sell for 10,000 DC / 50 EC, then BWN Spellforms would sell for 50,000 DC / 250 EC. 250 is a lot, so Backflip (and now Deca) do not allow the EC exchange.
