1. Animation 3/5
2. Rift trait 5/5
3. Size (if you don’t own Quadruple Leap Year, please check a friend’s park) 5/5
4. Price (15,000 Doubloons) 2/5, quite the price jump
5. How well does Quadruple Leap Year fit the theme of the event 3/5, I'm giving this half marks because if you ignore the name and focus on the design aspect then it fits well
6. Rate Quadruple Leap Year’s design 4/5
7. How would you rate Quadruple Leap Year’s breeding combo (any four elements) 5/5
8. How much do you like Quadruple Leap Year (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 4/5, honestly, I really like it! Yes, it does look a bit out of place when compared with the other 3 leap year dragons, but I think it's a welcome addition!
Comments/feedback for Deca The blue is.. actually a really good colour choice! However, I do think it should have had the usual white/gold incorporated as well. Unfortunately, I'm not a fan of how it will be getting an evolution soon. What are they even supposed to name the evolution? I feel like a better way of approaching this would be to rename this dragon and introduce the evolution as its own separate dragon

Comments/feedback for Deca
The animation is pretty low-key.
QLY is small, especially compared to the other leap year dragons.
It looks like QLY’s release was switched at the last minute, and the price wasn’t changed. 15k is a lot for the first limited and caused much concern from players. Please be sure the first limited has a lower price, and if the release order is altered, ensure the price follows suit.
Leap Day occurs on 29 February, and this is when the leap year dragons are released. Adding the Quadruple Leap Year dragon to a summer event doesn’t fit. Why would a leap year dragon be available every summer? The QLY dragon should’ve been a limited that’s not associated with an event like the other three leap year dragons.
If the Quadruple Leap Year dragon wasn’t called 'Quadruple Leap Year', I’d like it a lot more. I heard this sentiment repeated over and over in all the DV communities. Ignoring the name of the dragon, the design is very good, especially the fourth squarish head, which provides some nice comedy.
Instead of an evolve dragon, which so many players dislike, it would be perfect if the QLY was simply renamed, and the new QLY dragon took the QLY name and followed the design of the leap year series. There's no reason to link this dragon with the new QLY dragon.
If QLY absolutely must be an evolution dragon, for the love of DV, do not require players to collect ten evolve decorations.

QUADRUPLE LEAP YEAR DRAGON
1. Animation - 3/5
2. Rift trait - 4/5 I wish the trait was on the spots too
3. Size (if you don’t own Quadruple Leap Year, please check a friend’s park) - 2/5
4. Price (15,000 Doubloons) - 2/5
5. How well does Quadruple Leap Year fit the theme of the event - 2.5/5 The dragon design fits the event theme but a Quadruple Leap Year dragon doesn’t fit the event theme so I give it half the points.
6. Rate Quadruple Leap Year’s design - 4/5 This dragon is really cute! It just doesn’t look like a Leap Year Dragon.
7. How would you rate Quadruple Leap Year’s breeding combo (any four elements) - 3/5 I think this dragon should have a regular combo like dark + water + cold and not be a Leap Year Dragon.
8. How much do you like Quadruple Leap Year (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) - 3.5/5
1. Animation: 3 2. Rift trait: 5 3. Size: 5 4. Price: 2 5. Theme: 5 6. Design: 3 7. Breeding combo (any four elements): 5 8. How much do you like Quadruple Leap Year (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 4
Comments:
I have many of the same feelings toward this dragon as other do. I love the design, but given that all the other Leap Year dragons match, this one is inconsistent. I don't care too much in that respect except for the fact that this poor dragon really doesn't feel like it was intended to be QLY. I feel like Deca was cornered, realized they needed to appease the fanbase and chose the easiest dragon to add a few extra heads to for the job. There are things to like about this dragon - its colours, its funny fourth cartoony head - but it doesn't fit the leap year theme, only the event theme.
The animations are lackluster. I suspect because it's tough animating 4 heads. I do like the traiting and the size. 15k was too much for this guy. Also that 1% breeding odds once there's one in the park isn't such a requirement when the incubation time is so short. We're not dealing with another Aurora or Party here. I feel for people who got a normal one first and had to make the tough decision to sell or not.
I think what annoyed me most about this dragon was that it was designed as a plesiosaur even though we had Sipho coming down the pike. There are so many interesting creature shapes in the oceans and we got TWO plesiosaurs in one event (please note that I do love plesiosaurs).
Should Deca decide to go forward with another QLY design, I second or third or whatever the idea of just changing this dragon's name completely and just introducing a new QLY rather than making an evolution. Call this one the imposter and TA DA the real QLY was just shy. Having said that, I've bred a third QLY just in case that evolution shows up. I DID really like that QLY was available during an event to purchase. I hate when dragons are introduced during events, but aren't in the event and vie for my breeding spots and aren't available for long enough (e.g. anniversary or Dragon Week).

Comments/feedback for Deca: QLY seems to have caused a lot of upset, but personally I really like the design and was absolutely fine with it being a member of the Leap Year family. I'm a bit concerned about the low breeding percentage if the evolution proposal happens.

8. How much do you like Quadruple Leap Year (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 3 I actually really like the design of this dragon, but I don't feel like this event was the best time for it though. We might still be in the leap year, but leap day (and the other dragon's release for LY limiteds) was ages ago. I really thought we weren't going to get a leap year dragon and was sad but accepted it. This dragon also does not fit the "usual" form of the leap years- gold, frills, long body, huge claws, very distinct faces. Kinda sad about that. She just doesn't look "right" in the habitat with the others. I dont know if I can even offer helpful thoughts as to the solution, but perhaps a new name and a different new dragon gets the QLY and a more matching design?
3. Size (if you don’t own Quadruple Leap Year, please check a friend’s park) 1/5 - QLY is way too small
4. Price (15,000 Doubloons) 1/5 - Too expensive for the first limited
5. How well does Quadruple Leap Year fit the theme of the event 1/5
6. Rate Quadruple Leap Year’s design 3/5
7. How would you rate Quadruple Leap Year’s breeding combo (any four elements) 5/5 - The breeding combo is a gimme
8. How much do you like Quadruple Leap Year (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!) 1.5/5
Comments/feedback for Deca I would like the Quadruple Leap Year dragon A LOT more if it was called something else, like Nessy or Loch Ness. Then the new QLY doesn’t have to be an evolve dragon, just a totally separate dragon that looks like the Leap Year dragons and is released on Leap Year with the others Leap Year dragons.
I STRONGLY OPPOSE the name of this dragon and will rate it as if it was named 'QUADRUPLE DEEPEST DEPTHS DRAGON'!

Comments/feedback for Deca: I STRONGLY OPPOSE the name of this dragon and have rated it as if it was named 'QUADRUPLE DEEPEST DEPTHS DRAGON'! As such, all questions for this beautiful dragon (with the exception of PRICE) were rated as 5/5.
As for the dragon poorly named "Quadruple Leap Year"... ALL questions would have been rated 1/5 because 0/5 is not permitted!
Say what you will, agree or not... this is my HONEST PERSONAL OPINION!
