Finally, the time has come for me to rise from my lair and rejoin the world of DragonVale once again. 🎃
Maybe a few of you noticed my absence during much of the spring and summer months. I suppose it happens to all of us eventually, that day when the game no longer holds any interest and we need to take a break. Admittedly, I haven't been fond of the newer dragons since BFS transferred the game to Deca. Most of their designs weren't to my liking. The game has also become too easy since I have pretty much everything I want. I figured I'd take a break, allow myself to fall behind, and then come back later for a fresh new experience.
And since this is my favorite event of the year, you know I had to come back for spooky month. Also, I kinda missed you guys. This place always has the best people and such a wonderful community. So for now I'll be sticking around for a while. Can't miss out on all those candies and treats 🍫🍬🍭

The school bell rang, and the dragons were off to class! Mrs Murphy did not take kindly to those who were late, and dragon detention is dreary and dreaded like the darkest of lonely dungeons. Feiya flew into first place and dazzled everybody with its spellbinding wings, distracting the dragons and keeping them behind. Eventually, Spelldome, Hex, Treebark, Polarus, and Alchemy collected themselves and sped down the long school corridors. Nottub took a wrong (backwards) turn and headed towards the cafeteria, with Quamera and Ogre following his lead. Meanwhile, the meticulous Moppey was appalled by the scuff marks that everybody left behind on the freshly waxed floors and could not resist a quick polish. In the final minutes, Spelldome deployed his dome to deflect distractions and slid into class first, with Feiya flying close behind.
Instead of the Dragon’s Flight, you can choose the Stargazer from last year’s Camping Under the Stars II, the Astral Spire from Camping Under the Stars, or Bluetooth the Bluebird from Into the Wild. Please message me, and the award will be added to your profile instead. Members who rated all the dragons for two consecutive events for the first time also received the Lucky Koala award!
We’ve long since closed the books on Summerthings Magical II and are knee-deep in the spooky season of pumpkins and ghouls. This thread will be locked soon and filed away in the Dragon Library. When you have a chance, peruse the old tomes and revisit the continuing education of Mrs Murphy’s School of Spellwork and Sorcery!
