Animation: 2/5 Animation is plainer than an unbuttered slice o' toast. No personality, give it some!
Size: 5/5 Ogre's size offers the right balance between detail and not overwhelming a habitat.
Price: 4.5/5 Price is acceptable for this starter dragon, although it is always best to co-op clone a 10% starter, no matter the cost.
Theme: 1.5/5 The only relationship to the event theme is in the dragon's description, which I am never a fan of.
Design: 2.5/5 Although the art style is great, the overall design is a bit too derpy - which has a tendency to not roll over well (as with dancey, shaper and especially lovesick).
Combo: 5/5 Combo is simple and one of the easiest ones I've seen in quite some time.
Preference: 2/5 Ogre is certainly not my favorite dragon of the bunch.
The Original One is in all things. The Original One is nowhere at all. From all creations, over all creations, does Arceus watch over all.

Comments:
Is this dragon based on the Ogre in Philosopher's Stone? I can't think of any other thematic relevance. The dragon is fine. Not particularly memorable, unfortunately. I'm very glad it's not a dragonified-HP Ogre.

Ogre has adopted one of the old Backflip animations that is used by a dozen different dragons. These classic animations are a throwback to the early years of DV. It’s much better to let them be and choose one of the later Backflip animations or a Deca animation if time is short and the animation needs to be recycled.
The only problem with Ogre’s design is it looks so much like Cyclops. Using the same animation doesn’t help.
Not sure how an Ogre dragon relates to school. The description doesn’t attempt to make any correlation either. It is a mystery.

The animation is reused and overdone. Ogre could’ve been bigger since ogres are usually large. Ogre doesn’t fit in this event. It would be a good Halloween dragon if it was a little more spooky.
