I HATE (but really want) THE PERIDOT DRAGON COMP

The I HATE THE PERIDOT DRAGON COMPETITION is a race to be the last person to breed the Peridot Dragon (the gem dragon for August). The loser (the last person in the race) to get the Peridot dragon receives a gem from all the participants; a meagre reward for the pain of being last.

Rules:
- Participants ante up 1 gem into the competition pot
- Participants send a gem to the winner when the competition ends, winner sends a gem to the runner up.
- Be honest
- In the event of a tie (complete failure by multiple participants to breed Peridot before the end of the month [gasp]), the pot is split with off-rounded gems going to the next I HATE THE XYZ DRAGON COMP
- Register for the competition before the end of July (I will announce when registration is closed)
- Participation is reserved for members of this DragonVale community who, in their parks, have two breeding locations (not necessarily upgraded) AND the gemstone island
- When registering, please include your GCID
- Please reply to this competition to announce the successful breeding of the Peridot dragon (30 hrs / 24 hrs incubation time)
- This competition is self-policed; by including your GCID with your registration, participants can visit each other's parks
