Does this list then show you can get a second limited dragon even after the limited period is over if you have a first and are persistent? I'm referring to getting a sakura dragon here.
Unfortunately not. You can only breed removed dragons by putting two of them in the breeding cave.
I'm confused then. Were her experiments then done prior to sakura being removed as one of her results was a sakura.

Happy to report I got a butterfly on my second try in the EBI from firefly x air combo. Even luckier the third try from the same combo is also butterfly (if my calculations are correct).

Got my second Butterfly from Firefly & Snow if that helps anybody. I still need a Sun so I figured it couldn't hurt to try that combo and if I "failed" to get a Butterfly it could have been a Sun LOL.

Hello
Got two butterfly with firefly + willow in 5 tries in EBI (poison/cactus/butterfly/firefly/butterfly)
Two current with water+ magnetic in 3 tries in EBI (current/magnetic/current)
But no luck for the moment with plasma..(got 2 magnetic and 3 rust)

5 tries in the NBI for butterfly
Firefly + Air = Firefly
Firefly + Air = Scorch
Firefly + Willow = Flower
Firefly + Willow = Flower
Firefly + Willow = 8 hour Breed time (possibly blazing?)
(I am no where close to the epic breeding island (31 gems 
).. you can get the butterfly in the normal breeding ground right?)

Do you have the Coloseum? If you put a dragon in there every day it's a wonderful way to earn more gems. Try to put in a Level 10 dragon and if you win gold you will be given 5 gems, for silver you will gain 2.
koala with gaining the epic cave - and you may want to look at expanding your nursery to hold more eggs.

oh yea i have the colseum, but i rarely get gold!!!! i can only expand my nursery with 50 gems!!! i already have three hatcheries!!!

The 8 hour breeding dragon is/was sonic dragon..
Put in Firefly and Willow 2.5 hours ago and got a 12 hour breeding time.. I assume this is butterfly.. (since only bluefire/frostfire are the only other dragons with 12 hour breeding time).

That short breeding time is why it's our recommended combination.
