You have truly been gifted with amazing talent. Thank you for sharing. As someone who is horrible at art, I found it extremely interesting to see how you did it.
I love my vine dragon avatar created by ElektronX. Now, if only BFS would add it to the game...

A Gem Shower is a wonderful event in our community where gems pour down on a member who may have a bit of trouble in their parks. Well, what may seem like a joyous occasion of generosity, a gem shower may be a bit different through the eyes of those who dwell in the parks of DV.

POTM. Despite the many funny comments and imaginings, I never thought of the gem shower that way. Hilarious! Thanks for the laugh.
Grrr! Beat me to it again Wapatango. But I always thought that Gem Showers worked precisely because they were good fertiliser & made the flowers grow thereby getting the dragons into a friendlier mood.
Main GCID: GregDarcy Secondary: GregDarcyToo All gems friends spoken for. Happy to accept friends for party hats. I blame Apple's auto incorrect for all my typos. I actively discourage challenges. All challengers are unfriended.

Wonder if GD will fertilize my park, I meant house..it would surely make this owner happier, and 110% friendlier.
EX - thank you so much for sharing the videos! Was such a treat to see you work your dragon magic. The videos are 7-8ish minutes, how long does it actually take you to make one of those dragons? Just curious as to how many layers you end up with. Thanks again, that really was special, and the gem shower gave me a good laugh.
Yeah, definitely agree. It's cool to see how someone else works. Just curious, how do you record your screen? Might want to try it myself. Been a while since I actually did any computer drawings.

Thank you! The Luminous dragon took me about 40 minutes with 13 layers and the Dark Rift dragon took about 53 minutes and 12 layers.

I used a free software called Debut Video Capture. It's very easy to use and can export the video into various file formats for you to edit in other video editors.

Hm, freeware is my friend. Maybe I'll give that a try on the weekend or something I know I have some sort of screen video capture on my computer from when I did a couple live streams. I'll have to look into what I have and what you're using. Kind of miss livestreaming drawings, and paintchats!
I was going to wait until this was closer to done, but I'm not sure it ever will be, as I'm not happy with some aspects of it. But as a first attempt at true freehand drawing (no grid lines or math to calculate proportions, just me, a pencil and a sketchpad) I'm pretty pleased. I call it "Not as Romantic as You Would Think"
