Every time you win a battle you face a default set of opponents next time, depending on your level. If you keep winning, you keep facing the same opponents. We should make up a table to show what they are for each level.
This link seems to go to the beginning of the thread, but I don't see a table of which bots are default opponents for each level. Am I missing something? Did it move?
I'm currently level 16 and still trying to figure out an arena strategy. I established that my mining, grinder, and caterpillar bots were great melee with carriers as support, but now those are all at 100% boost and I need to find a way to get other bots boosted up. Since the arena costs more to play at each level, I figure I should get the weaker bots leveled up as soon as possible. Does that make sense and does anyone have any other recommendations?
Thanks! Let me know if there is anything I can do to help flesh out the arena rules.
Early in the game, I tended to make more mining zones to make sure I always had a grinder ready to level up further. In general, any bot that has mining as one of its elements will be a solid lead, and you can try whatever you like in support behind them.
For everything past level 20 (maybe even a bit earlier), the default opponent when you keep winning is a caterpillar backed up by a laser; the gizmos seem to be randomly chosen each time. Given that (and that we didn't think about trying to make that table before most of us were well into the cat/laser territory), I don't know that anyone followed up with trying to complete it.

Every 100 000 in coins that it costs you to enter, to earn an extra 5 DC per minute, will take you about 14 days to recoup the expense. It soon becomes very expensive to try and make that cost back, with me currently taking over 90 days to earn back money from a fight I lose. As I have the Consolation Avatar, I have lost over 25 fights since they've bought them in, so I have over 6 years of playing till I earn back the money I lost trying to boost bots. So I no longer do that. I put Astro in every time to win the reward.
M'kay. In case it is helpful to anyone else, at level 16 the arena costs 95,000 to enter and the default bots appear to be Spray in front with Safety in support. They both had their battle gizmos in my last fight, but I don't know if that is a consistent thing. My Floodlight bot wiped the floor with them (it's level 13 vs. their level 11-12 which helps) with very little help from the support bot.
Fletch makes an excellent point about whether the fights are worth the cash. I haven't got an Astro bot yet, and my fights are not yet ridiculously expensive, so I'm trying to eke out some extra cash flow while I can. I'll probably get more conservative in a couple more levels. Hopefully I'll get my Astro by then!

My goal has been to fight every bot with their gizmos. To do this u have got to lose pretty consistently. Has it seems to be the only way to get different pairings. I am very interested in adding an adversary area to track, much like we are doing with the gizmos...
Mole with cheese grater or grinder with disc as lead. Solar with reflector as support.... Takes care of the caterpillar and laser always. Level 15 works....
Does anyone have X-Ray with Gears? It is the only gizmo we are missing now.
not sure if wanted a pic of him fighting with the gears (since this the fighting thread), or if you just wanted a pic of him with the gears in his chest,.. so here's just a pic with the gears in his chest anyway. Sorry if I was mistaken haha
Chad, that s exactly what Pixie wanted to get. On page 1 of this thread there are pictures of all the bots with their various gizmos. That one was missing. Thanks for providing it.

Does anyone know if the battle arena max's out in cost per fight? Like the bot level, snack buildings, and overall account level does. I'm at $945,000.00 per round, but I'm making $1,500,000.00 and 10,000 robux OR $2,000,000.00 robux a fight. Very worth it. I just use the grinder with the red disc as my lead all the time (even if he's already at 100% increase already), because I'm making profit every time I fight, so it doesn't matter if only one bot is rising in robux percent increase. As long as the winnings always out way the cost to fight, and you win more then roughly 50% of the time, it's a win haha. But does anyone know, does the battle area a entry fee max out?

At a certain point (can't remember the exact level) the entry fee started going up by 25 000. That's been "pretty consistent for 20 levels or so, so I'm assuming that it continues in that way till we get to Max level of 50. But as you say, the winnings go up accordingly, and it is still very good value.

Right on. I have also noticed that the battle costs seems to rise on a different time line/ interval system, then your overall account level does I think. I'm level 50 now and my battle costs are still rising as I continue to fight. Which is why I'm assuming the battle arena max's out once you hit a certain number of wins/ and or fights, just not sure. I fight quit a bit, so I assume/ hope I find out soon enough hahaha thanks for the info Fletch_smf, much appreciated.

Ahh ... that's interesting to know. How many times has it gone up since you hit level 50? And was it by 25 000 each time?

Yes it was 25,000, but I can only guarantee it has risen once while being at level 50 already, I wanna say twice, but I honestly can't remember. :/ sorry. I'm at 945,000.00 now, I don't really see them stopping at an uneven number like 945,000, I could see them stopping at a number like $1,000,000.00 or $2,000,000.00. Or perhaps it just keeps growing, and perhaps your prize money does as well?!? Idk. If my cost of fighting rises again, I'll be sure to share the results for sure.

Ah, 945 000 is the amount for Level 50. You may have seen an increase because the first Battle after you level up is at the price of the previous level. This is because the price is set when the 2 hour cool down period starts on the Battle Arena after your fight is over NOT when you enter the Arena to start your fight. (Though I guess, if you earned the XP to level up in the battle it might go straight up?)
So anyway, entry should stay at 945 000 Robux till they add more levels. Certainly let us know if it changes.

Makes complete sense! Which means the rewards will remain the same bummer, hahaha, I was hoping for bigger money hahaha. Thanks for the insight.
