Cobus, you aren't breeding for the gem dragon. You have smoke and mountain in one place and lightning plus cold in the other.

That is what we had seen while visiting, which is why we figured it was an oops. So close, koala for next month.
The last gem for this garnet comp (second to Judi) has been sent this morning and by visiting as well I have seem, that she is still working hard on this quest. The eggs displayed as failed attempts in the middle of the 1st island are pretty impressive - the hatchery is still full with fails and garnet tries in both breeding places. There is no place to display more fails - so today this must be a lucky day. We need to send quite a lot of Koala to her (in addition to the gems, that she has received from most of us now). Hope you'll make it today Judi and as winner of this month you will become part of the team of "loosers"! Myke, when do you plan to sart the comp for next month?

I'm up to date accepting FRs, sent out 3 gems to Dave, one to Cobus so I'm paid up. TY all for the gems, Garnet is still eluding me though, 2 Obsidian speeded up by Kairos were replaced by 2 Smokes now incubating.

If that happens again just buy it out straight away, then you can stay in the comp. Are you saving for something? Dragons are all I can think of over 360 gems.

@ Judi - I agree. Buy it out straight away but also post the "oops"/blooper in the competition thread so it's clear it was a mistake and observers should be happy with that. Best of luck getting the elusive Garnet!

I've sent my second gem to Judi along with lots of Koala on getting her garnet! I'm all paid up. Guiriguanche- have you gotten the dreaded "and others" at the end of the list of those that sent you gems? Seems possible you'd get that with so many being sent. To me, the GM method of seeing who sent you what is far superior and if BFS would apply it to DV, it would be one of the best improvements they could make to the game... Getting a checklist that allows you to see every individual name that has sent you something and then clicking on each one to collect it. I keeps notes of every gem I receive so I can return it but when it says "and others" at the end of the list, I can only guess. And it actually causes me stress to think I may miss someone. Just a thought...

I agree you might have gotten the "and others" message, but also not all of us wagered a gem to the runner up. The default wager is one gem to the winner only! koala on your garnet!!!
