Ahh, the time has come for another wish 😁! When my first wish was made, I was desperate for more space, so I couldn't wait to wish for the gargantuan island. Since last Monday (April 9th), my second wish has been available, but I'm saving it for when I'll actually need it. I'm hoping there will be a huge sale before I need to spend it... I've already made up my mind on what I'll be wishing for: the fourth omnitat. It's expensive (unless you wish for it), but I think it's the most useful habitat!

Now, instead of starting another post, I'll just change the subject here. Do any of you save your 1-day double xp bonuses for later? I probably have 9 of them by now, and I'm saving them for when I'll have xp to collect from removing obstacles (I'll need to get another island before I can remove more obstacles). And I'm going through a 3-day double xp bonus all week-end, I love this game!

michou woohoo, wishes are so exciting!  Congrats to you. I’m getting another in 13 days. My last few I spent on utterly unachievable dragons. And now I can’t even remember which dragons they were, 😂😂 but I’m almost certain one was a Loot, way back when. Omnitats are a great wish investment 👍.  I think I will save mine for island #22, but not actually spend it until I do some spring cleaning around my park. I swear, it’s in a complete shambles right now. I have fall leaves still laying around that need to be raked and haven’t taken down my Xmas lights yet 😜

I don’t recall getting any xp bonuses in quite a while, maybe ‘cause I’m currently at max level. But i  always used them when I got them, to level up faster ☺️

another way to earn huge amounts of XP is to build up a stockpile of etherium in the rift, activate an XP-boost, then go crazy levelling rift dragons.

lol I need 🐨Bob most desperately!  I still haven’t filed and those dastardly receipts and w2s keep glaring at me from my home desk!! 
I’ll make sure Bob has plenty of chamomile tea (or espresso shots if he prefers), gentle waterfall sounds (from my fish pond) and soothing ocean breezes. And of course a convenient outlet for his 10-key 🤓

I have a message for magpac .  Hmm reminds me of song "I've got a message for Maria, hope she's comin back, blah blah blah blah  blah. I think on his last update  on his Quests spreadsheet, the quest Sunshine Soirée-Summer must have escaped.  You might I'd draw that quest.  I did get it from the wiki, but just wanted to let him know for when he updates again.  Throwing garlands and Hawaiian leis at your feet for all you do for us!!!!

I’m feeling your dispirited moan Kiwichris  my small caves are empty right now, only have coop going for twins. I’ve lost all hope for the rift peds I need, forgotten all the proper combos and now just throwing random dragon together hoping for something I can keep 🤦🏻‍♀️

Walking your doggo in autumn rains, hmmm. So you have winter on the way, like in the mid of our summer, here up north. And the Xmas, with all the “snow” and stuff is in your summer?  Even though I’m up north, I’m still down south, lol and we have summer year round, 80* Xmas is not at all uncommon for us. Our Florida seasons are Dry and Rainy lol 😂

Does is snow down there, in your part of the Southern Hemi?  
I grew up in Oklahoma🌪 tornado alley, small country town USA.  There I was subject to all four seasons, Spring bulb flowers 🌷, heat wave summers🌞, autumn colored leaves🍂, and icy cold winters⛄️. I’ve been in Florida since 1990, and it took a few years to get used to not having the seasons change, especially wintery Xmas stuff, like fluffy sweaters and hot cocoa by a fireplace. Sometimes I get a bit nostalgic for the seasons. but mind you, I hate the cold wind that chills you to the bone and wouldn’t change my balmy winters for anything. ☺️

No snow much in North Island ( innovative naming) but some, and HEAPS in South Island, brill ski fields....well, until GW bit hard of course, now it's all under threat...

actually, seriously, ye gods I hate FB: in fact HOW do people navigate the b thing? I can't ! I now have an account. I log in. The page is different every time. There are no clear 'intro to FB' posts or chat sites I can find on the web.
So how do I find Dragonvale's FB page??? Tried Searching for it, zip. Tried google, zip.
BP rising to dangerous levels; seriously Zuckerberg, could you MAKE it any LESS user friendly? OMG ask Apple how to develop an intuitive system for #^*+sake!!!

That does sum it up. I don’t know when or how the odds of breeding dragons changed but this game is no fun if the only way to get new dragons is with event currency or buying Mystery Eggs. Someone needs to remind BFS that the excitement comes from ACTUALLY BEING ABLE TO BREED THE DRAGONS! Everytime they unlock a group of Rifts I try the entire time up to and many times including the 10,000E breeding, nada, nothing. I have never bred anything I needed with 10,000E so why even go there. You would think they would increase the odds with the higher E. It seems the odds go down. I will maybe get one through spending on a Mystery Egg. Where is the fun in that? The last three BEB events I did not breed a single twin egg I was missing. Bred dragons the entire time without the feeling of success you get from breeding what you need. I have gotten a few missing twin pedestals through the Mystery Eggs but if the only way to complete the collection is through purchases then why bother playing. There is no joy in buying the ones you need, only frustration in not being able to breed them. If BFS doesn’t get it’s act together soon and start allowing us to breed dragons again, I am going to have a little fun redecorating my park and then delete the app just like I did DragonVale World. That also means someone on this forum will get a promotion.

The hint notably doesn't say that the Twilight Tower overrides that condition like Moon/Sun does. It may be safer to start your breeds after 7pm regardless of setting, just in case.
EDIT: Nosferatu doesn't say it explicitly either but is affected by the twilight tower I believe, so I dunno.
