sorry for the sandbox issues, folks. i've finally been able to get a faster internet connection here, which meant it was time to upgrade my 10-year-old rustbucket to something with a faster CPU than my TV remote. but there have been a few issues moving the site to it. and then the issue yesterday and today came about because the provider of the domain i was using for the CDN decided i didn't need it anymore. so that's been moved to a new domain now, and hopefully everything should be sorted. if something's still not working for you, reload the page a few times. if that doesn't fix it, it may just take a day.

Sigh, for the first time, now my game is crashing when I try to collect from the coliseum I’ve made sure enough hours have passed since I began, and I’ve not collected any other visions So, I’m going to try resetting the ad identifier BEFORE I collect, to see if that helps, dang and pootle 😫
Today I updated to iOS 13.1.2 and now Gems and Treats are blacked out for most of my trading partners. I guess it is because they have not updated as of yet. Sorry in advance if I miss a day or more. Hopefully you all will see this and update your OS.
My house is in a bit of panic because after updating to iOS 13.1.2 my kids and I are no longer able to open the DragonVale app. The screen flashes black for a second then kicks us out.
We're on an iPad Pro with 4 GM of RAM, so I don't think that's the issue.
Any ideas? I've emailed Backflip Support but haven't heard back.

I always wait before updating, and always check the apple community boards: 13 has been glitch filled and every fix rollout has brought more trials, so I’m not moving from 11.4.1 yet , but then I’m known for hesitation w iOS upgrades 🐨 with prompt response from bfs and 🤞for a fix; you could always follow the apple guide for backing out of 13; if whatever you had loaded before is still supported and available; lots on the boards have downgraded again

The roll back of iOS 13 and perusing the community boards to ensure the kinks are worked out is great advice. Do you have a link to the board you frequent? The Official Apple Support Communities doesn’t have a lot of info.

I’ll need to be on my mac to find it; will post it later today (busy busy work day) it’s 6.40am as I write this, so later dude 😄 they are superb w advice; just got clear step by step for how to wipe, download games and use them on my old iPad for kids at work, and load w documents from my Mac which I want clients to check, without it auto updating via cloud and regathering all my other work confidential info, for eg. im not at all techy and these folk are easier to understand than the tech I pay 😂 and they love puzzles! (Aka problems)

After reinstalling the game, I can now load my park again. Unfortunately, my kids parks are missing. I have the ID#s, so hopefully they can be recovered.

I’ve just entered, eg ‘how to uninstall ios13’ into google search and several pop ups from reputable sites give clear directions and advice, despite Apple sites saying it can’t be done... If you want to downgrade from ios13series, be quick, only iOS12.4.1 looks like it’s supported by Apple at the mo... 🐨🐨🐨

Here’s the third link: discussions.apple.com/community/mac_os. The hyperlink you posted didn’t hyper — it’s just text. This is the Official Apple Support Communities that I mentioned earlier. I didn’t find it too useful when I looked at it, but it is a good place to ask lots of questions.
I never have auto updates on either. Usually I’ll wait two weeks to a month before updating, so updating after one week sounds a bit hasty, almost a little reckless. 😃 But seriously, thanks for the links. This will be very valuable for those who are having problems with DV and iOS 13, and of course any future updates.

Heh heh, didn’t say I updated after a week (still on iOS 11series ) but I then check the boards for analysis and comment 😄 with the 13 series, checking regularly is what gave me the info about ongoing troubles with every fix causing more... not touching it for a while yet 😉

I see also a prevelent issue many Android & Apple users have been encountering. They are furious and disappointed with the disconnecting or inability to load DV. The reviews on Google Play & AppStore are numerous! ...And now I'm having much difficulty, too. The app opens, rotates to landscape, then either goes black or flips to portrait and asks to send diagnostics to BF.
{Just guessing here, Wait for It... but, they needn't want their lasting impression to be "Back-Flippin' Studios". Hardy Ha Hah! NOT!!} <Insert sarcastic tone here.>
Notably, for me it also stems from the VISIONS opportunities that is VERY problematic. So, I can't benefit from these, and some even seem unavoidable when coupled with these issues. Anyone else?
I've sent several tickets over the last 24 hrs as I had to uninstall, reinstall, and play with versions, as well. Normally, I don't mind and can deal, but it is getting Very Old. (I think this is why I stopped a few years back. And they're really losing a lot of new and seasoned players as a result.) The app won't load on any device I've tried and for nearly 24 hours after the last reinstall it sat telling me it was my device. (All other apps & updates perform fine, even did network diagnostics like speed tests, etc.) I'm so Upset because I loaded my saved Double Experience for my parks, reacquainted here, we have Double Candy now, and I was purchasing candy! Yes, I do buy occasionally during events every now and again. I choose to support BF dev. as they are deserving and feel I'm instilling the monetary value of "good work" equals pay; and that No One should feel they'll have to give up privacy to either social platform statistic bloatware or profitable ad clicks, the other way that apps can profit. I've long instilled these values to the kiddos and appreciate that DV has always made play fair and safe for younger players and those starting out. My park is looking as though it has finally loaded. Regrettably, I'll have to exchange info with the friends for co op & gems. My apologies in advance. Also, just an added tidbit: DV does not seem to work on the newer Galaxy 10 for folks. (Myself included affirmattively.)

Anyone having problems loosing DC.? One of my parks had around 10,000M DC last week and over the last few days this has been disappearing! I have 8,888M currently,I spend 35M 2 or 3 times a day buying food, which is more than offset by my daily collections.
I emailed BFS and had the usual dismissive reply from Brenda, “we can find no evidence, make sure friends and family are not using your game, etc”
I had given actual figures of the daily loss in my email as I had started recording it as I was so concerned about it, and have emailed them and asked them to check again as no one has access to my game.
