Has anyone else noticed that the Limited is gone from the Prize Pavilion? We are having storms here and the driving rain has taken out the internet several times so not sure if it is a loading issue or if we are down to three Solar, Lunar and Steller.💫🪐🌕 Thanks🦋

Are you speaking of the gift you receive when you tap the front of the boat? When you open it is called Fortuitous Forecastle and it says on the left if you are caught up. If you go into the Help section it is called Mystery Rewards Free daily prize. If you go into Help and go down to the bottom of list to Mystery Rewards Free daily prize and tap info it opens and the head line is Fortuitous Forecastle.🏰 Not yelling at you used caps where they used caps.🥴

The Limited Tier has been removed. It will probably reappear with the first limited dragon that is released. Think it was an 'oops'. There were also some dragons with a green hourglass yesterday that are now no longer available - Serenity, Solstice and Solar Eclipse.

If you mean Daily Rewards then I am at 1266 and have not missed a single day. I am one or two ahead of some because of the time change glitch where you could get two in a day.

So I never received an email either of the times I submitted a question to support through the game. I sent one for not collecting dragons from the epic breeding caves before they went away at the end of the last event and sent one when i was locked out of my game for the tutorial glitch. Does that mean I am not getting through to them? Other people here talk about receiving an automated reply and I don’t even get that.
Is it just me? I know I can access the rift from anywhere in the park as long as the button is showing at the bottom, which it almost always is. Still, I have the habit to always put the rift portal in the center of the screen before I hit the button to go into it, and somehow I haven't been able to break the habit. It's not a very big deal, but it sort of bugs me that I can't make myself stop doing something totally unnecessary.

No, no, no, please don’t use that email. I posted about this several times the other day to informed players NOT to use that email address. 😝
lisgie, this was discussed in the event thread a couple days ago (please check the thread, page 5).
This is the email I posted earlier. This is the email that pops up when you email support from the game. I play on an IOS device. If this email is not correct then they need to fix this immediately.

amos , as I said in my last post, Deca is not accepting outside emails. Players cannot email from their personal account to support@decagames.com. You must send your message from within the game or open a support ticket at the link I provided. The purpose for this is to gain as much information about your park/account as possible to minimise the number of email exchanges and streamline their support system.
You can test this by sending Deca an email from your game, and another from your email account to support@decagames.com. You’ll receive a confirmation email from the game, but nothing from the latter.
If you see players posting about having difficulties reaching Deca, or they mention support@decagames.com, please let them know they must submit a help ticket from the site linked in the ED or email support from their game.
EVERYBODY: to contact Deca, you can either email directly from your game (Options > Email Support) or open a support ticket here (in the upper right corner click Submit Ticket; under Submit a Request select 'Dragonvale' and a form will show to complete the ticket). DO NOT email support@decagames.com.

I Know, this is the simpliest thing but : have you checked your spam folder ?

I emailed Deca five days ago from my game and received a confirmation email and a reply. So I don’t think it’s an issue on their end, but I can check again. You may want to contact Deca on their support site instead of in-game. In the upper right corner click Submit Ticket; under Submit a Request select 'Dragonvale' and a form will show to complete the help ticket.

This is hysterical! No problem, it’s all good. The confusion was well worth this premium response.
So, (sheepish look) turns out email from my iPad doesn’t work. Opening a ticket from within the game just sends an email (not an in game message like I thought). Found the emails in an outbox on my iPad. What I don’t get is they are an email to support@decagames.com which we were told not to use. Anyway you look at it, the fault is mine.

Shortly after contacting Deca, you should receive a confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation, they didn’t receive your email.
If you did receive a confirmation, how long it takes depends on the issue. And if you’re in the US, keep in mind their time zone is CEST, and they generally don’t respond on weekends.
My experience has been it has take 3 or 4 days to hear back and they do not work weekends. There was a couple of times never heard back and had to contact again.
