Segbert and cox780770 thanks for the welcome. I started DV 9/17/2011, and finally after 19 days straight of breeding blazing and mud, on the 73rd attempt finally a 48 hr. I could not believe it, used gems to get it to the nest and yes a rainbow. Still very happy. Fletch I am leaving for a conference and will not be back until late Saturday. LOL you are quite funny! You sound like you had the same problems with Rainbow as I did. It was a lot of attempts to get that first one.

Thanks. Actually, I'm trying to have TWO of every dragon (you know, kind of a Noah's Ark thing.) I guess it can be done if I sacrifice some Earth and Cold habitats, which only allow for 3 dragons, but that would be too punishing on the DC earning. I think it could also be achieved by sacrificing the rare ones which only allow for 1 dragon, Sun, Moon, Rainbow and LYD, but who would be willing to do that? Mmh, gonna give it some thought, but I guess the easiest would be that Backflip give us some more habitats in the next update! :lol I think with 6 more habitats, it would be possible, including the seasonal and rare dragons.

OK, let's do some math. I believe that there's a total of 49 dragons if you have Bone and all of the other dragons that were offered for a short time. That's 98 dragons in pairs. And of course the Rares accommodate only one dragon per habitat, so if you have a pair of each of those, you're left with 19 habitats for 88 Dragons. That's about 4 1/2 dragons per habitat and you require a number of habitats for basic element dragons that accommodate only three dragons. Won't work if you deploy Rares, looks like it would without them.

I know I'm lvling magnetics up at the mo at a rate of maybe 1 lvl 15 and slow progress on some lower level ones lol it's hard especially with the move and Easter visiting that's taken me away from Dv a lot x x x

Hey Frenzzz, been trying to breed a Bloom very hard for the past 5 days.. Tried using Storm x Plant (and vice-versa), Lichen x Storm (and vv), Cactus x Storm (and vv).. Over 60 tries and all i got was a lot of Lichens, Storms and Cactuses.. Could someone please suggest what to do?? just want to get atleast one Bloom before its taken out of the market..

Ducking out from lurking, finally. A couple of things. I can't afford the app to get here. So am using the Safari thaw is on my iPad. Fletch, I think I hit something by accident on my small screen, that might affect you. The Exalt/"whatever" thing. I hit tht by mistake and I think it hit you with the "whatever". I'm sorry, and will try not to do that again.
Te next thing...does anyone know the deadline for the Bloom??? I still have NOT gotten one and am thinking this will be the first one I don't get to get. Picture me pouting, if I not gotten one and won't get it. Have tried every combo and gotten a new Moon and Sun from it, but no Bloom AT ALL??
And just now got another 48hour draggie. Good Grief and not Charlie Brown either.
Wow! That is really strange. I would now only work on one combo at a time for 5-6 times. The combo that is proven to be most successful is lichen and storm. I believe Fletch tested level does not matter. Definitely breed in the EBI as it has a higher success rate. My second Bloom I tried one way, got one, switched, got something, switched back than got it again. I feel it will be on the market for another two weeks. Keep us posted! koala!
