Pity the Fool!
So I'm sitting here with over 300,000,000 gold coins and I'm thinking that this is really getting boring. I had vowed no more crowns but, alas, I'm weak. Now I have a Butterfly at 19.5 - and I'm broke. Still a long grind ahead.
BTW, a far more productive thing to do if you don't have all the dragons you want is to breed them right now. I doubt we will see any new dragons for a while as BFS appears to have a lot of bugs to work out in their new release.

Hey Frenzzz, just hit a 24Hr in the EBS with Rain x Mountain.. My first Sapphire.. Still need an Ironwood, a second Gold Oly and a second Seasonal.. And a second Sapphire as well.. Also, have hit 1 Billion DC and 1100+ gems.. I dunno for what i'm saving this many.. Maybe will go for a crown once they unlock more player levels..

I just tried to purchase a bag of gems. Key word, tried. My park still has two gems and I verified that Apple does indeed have my $9.99 by checking my bank account online. There is no credit listed anywhere.

I am new to in app purchases and I have no idea how long is reasonable to wait for a reply on this. Any guidance would be much appreciated.

They usually answer relatively promptly, but they are probably pretty swamped right now. They will answer when they can, and very possibly the first email you get from them will be "We're sorry for the problems and you now have your gems."
ARGH....I lost track of the number of fails I've had, I was excited to get a "non-8hr" fail in hunting for the sapphire...grumbles.....I get at least 4 fails a day at the 8 hr ones and more if I get the under 8 hr ones.
in other news I have family visiting for 2 wks this month so will be in and out.

"Thanks for your email – we are aware of this issue and are working hard on a fix. Thanks for your patience while we continue to work on this!"
Thankfully I was able to fix my problem by simply updating the IOS on my iPad.

Exactly the same again right now!rainbow speeded up - Rain and Mountain again - Another Rainbow! First sapphire to the nursery - Rain and Mountain again in the EBS - Sapphire again:-D there must be something wrong with my Game:-D
its going to be scary... 2nd sapphire just finished.. put mountain and rain in again in EBS and got another sapphire. In about 3h i have enough gems to speed up the rainbow in the NBC .. let's see if this will also be the third rainbow in a row.
Anyone else thinking Sapphire is the easiest Gemstone Dragon yet?
No. I can't get one for nothing. lol That is my bad luck though but I know a lot of others are having the same problem as I. Congrats to you though! It gives me hope that there is still hope to breed one.

This is gonna be hard. To recover your password they have to send you an email. To change the email address, you have to log in using your password. Which you can't remember. I spent some time on Apple.com's support site trying to find a way around this. One possibility is to go to iforgot.apple.com/, where you can answer security questions to get in, assuming you recall your answers. If that doesn't work then a more radical possibility is to create a new GCID or new Applw ID, then get in touch with Backflip and ask if they can asociate your old game (which is safe on their servers) ith your new ID. Let us know how it works out.
Yeah, I'm posting as a guest because I can't login to the forum that I started. Between the DV bugs - my grandson Jack's park crashes every time and we haven't been able to even collect gold coins for days - and the forum bugs this is getting to be a real FUBAR. It's wearing thin.

Hello, new to the forum and game as well, my 7yr old got me hooked. Can you give me any advice on grouping habitats? We're at lvl 19 now and I'm trying to get things in order on the islands for us. 1 more quick thing if I want to make friends for the gem bonus is there any other way to do that without Facebook? I so feel you pain! My game was doing the same thing! I reported it last Thursday and they got back to me on Tuesday morning. The waiting was painful and I missed out on the majority of the fun hunting for Sapphire but they did fix it. A word of caution (this happened to me) if you try and buy gems and your game crashes during the loading...you may want to check your itunes account because even though I didn't receive them I was charged for them. (I'm still trying to get that fixed.)
