Just reread. 
Log out of Facebook. Remove Facebook app
Turn his device off
Reinstall Facebook
Log into Facebook
Reinstall dragonvale.
Go to add friends and input your Facebook details if they're not already there.
Choose the highest value park if it gives you a choice.
After doing all these steps, does the levels reset to zero or it remains as previous?

Just reread.
Log out of Facebook. Remove Facebook app
Turn his device off
Reinstall Facebook
Log into Facebook
Reinstall dragonvale.
Go to add friends and input your Facebook details if they're not already there.
Choose the highest value park if it gives you a choice.
After doing all these steps, does the levels reset to zero or it remains as previous?
If you have a choice, choose the one with the highest level. It should be your biggest park, exactly as you last left it.
Before I found this forum, I had the same thing and thought my park had been lost forever, so started again. When my fb connection resets, I go to the options menu, click on fb login, and it will give me the choice of using my fb park or a locally stored park. I always choose the fb park.

To all my gem buddies, I'm really sorry but I'm smart-phoneless so cannot access my park to send you gems. I will restart as soon as I can.
I cannot believe how bereft I feel without my dragons...

Hi, new at this game and curious about how they have set up the social aspect of this game. I get visits, but I don't know who and can't return the visit. People work hard at building their 'dragon empires' , a thumbs up would be nice to leave. Since I have no one on my facebook friends list to invite, ( they are already up to their eyeballs in game commitments), would be nice to leave an invite when I visit someone in the community.
All that said, need a couple neighbors, so I can watch them grow too.

Check that the name of the avatar is correct. I can only change mine by typing the label myself.

Look back in this thread and private message some people to see if they would like to be Facebook friends to collect party hats, then you should have more friends to visit.

Hi anruari, the gem tree allows you to gift 6 gems to friends each day. PM a few of the people who recently posted looking for partners. Would think there would be some who are happy to trade with you. Welcome to the forum!
