Last Bot Standing! - STEAM!

I've got a 48 hour, please come by and speed it up when you can. I also have some obstacles clearing. In order to buy a zone for my new master bot, I need to level up fast, so I could use some help clearing those too. Thanks. We'll see whether it is my second astro or my first steam.

Yes, taking one hybrid out of the equation should remove the Astro option. As far as we know Astro has only been bred with hybrids.

It should get rid of Astro, but as it's only a very small, perhaps 1% chance, it is more efficient to add Performer to the mix.

For fun, I tried grinder plus flower on my junk account that I use to send gems. I had only bred something there twice since early december. First try is 48 hours. Now to have that luck on my actual account!

2 fails with Grinder + Nature - Caterpillar then Grinder. I'm wondering whether I should have a siesta then try Grinder + Flower.
On second thoughts ... siesta, cup of tea and then the decision!

You don't have to stick to one combo, just make sure you are using Grinder + Nature or a Nature hybrid.

No thanks. I just use it to send some gems out to people sort of randomly. I don't play the account. If you want a sort of randomly acquired gem sometime, then add Ananda Flower. But, no need to ever visit the outpost or send any gems to it. Wait... I think you are on that account already. I sent some of the prize gems from the poem contest from it. I'll make sure to send you a gem- been sending them to fletch for his gizmos and to corey lately just out of quickness to not have to think (which I avoid doing as much as possible).

I have been using Flower + Grinder constantly & have not had one caterpillar fail, which is too bad, because that's the goal I have now, of course. Maybe I'll switch to Nature + Grinder & see what happens. How is it that the game seems to know exactly what I want & absolutely refuses to give it to me???

Got several Caterpillars with Grinder + Nature, have gone back to Grinder + Flower, so yeah that might be good.

With only 4 outcomes possible with Grinder + Nature, you're going to get Caterpillar 25% of the time. Mole another 25%. I really suggest adding Performer to the mix.

Also, Grinder + Botanist has been confirmed to give Steam on the Wiki.

I have been trying grinder and botanist. 3 caterpillar later I think I will switch back to flower as well.
