Nothing for me yet, either. Have even sped along a few shorter fails.
Come one, Thermal - I'm hot for you!
I'm speeding up quite a few (after all, there isn't much else to use your crystals on in Gizmonauts!).
Basically, this is what I do:
- 1 hour timer - speed up immediately - 3 or 4 hour timers - speed up once they get below 1 hour (or even 2 hours, if I won't be checking in the next couple of hours) - 8 hour timer - speed up once it gets below 1 hour, or once it gets below 2 hours if I haven't received any speedups - 14 hour timer - usually speed up once it gets below 1-2 hours
This way, there is always something for friends to speed up, and it doesn't waste any speedups.
Nothing worse than having 1 hour left on a timer, and coming back in an hour and seeing that 3-4 people have sped it up in that time haha.
I always try to get either an 8 or 14 hour before bed as well, although if my baby bot station is full, I usually settle for a 3 or 4. Seems like such a waste to speed up hatching.

I have decided that the Thermal Bot is BFS's way of relating to all ages. The Astro Bot looks very much like a toy Transformer and definitely appeals to the younger crowd. The Steam Bot offers a bit of nostalgia for the older crowd. But still most of these epic bots have been geared towards the male species. However, BFS has remedied that with the epic Thermal Bot. Now, middle-aged women have a bot they can really relate to....a bot with hot flashes. Thanks for caring BFS!

Well, you and the people with the gizmos but no thermal are one up on me. All I have is a very lonely Thermal Habitat and the dream of a Thermal Bot coming to live there. Lol!
I need a better Real Estate agent.

Haven't built the zone yet. Have found one gizmo for the Thermal. No Thermal bot for me yet, either.
Congrats, LC.
That is really interesting info on the science hybrids/science bots. Maybe I'll try a new combo. Solar and Botanist introduce Moles, Caterpillars and Steam. Ick. Science removes Astro confirming a Thermal if you get a 48h result.
Thanks LC if I ever get this .com stuff figured out I will know the right combos. lol I hear once I get the .com figure out the ezine will be easy peasy. Right!

When you find a better real estate agent, please let me know. I'm in the same boat as you. No gizmos, no thermal, but a habitat just waiting to be filled.

Confirmed on wiki, Grinder and science can get you a thermal So any science hybrid with grinder would be able to get you thermal and leave astro as a possibility (Wonder if grinder is really required, but I'm not going down that rabbit hole)
