Hey BFS, is there anything that can be done to shrink the size of this interface? We don't just use the path mode for laying paths, we use it for hunting for Flag Bearers, Lumi, Gifts etc, and 1/3 of the screen is just too much. A minimise button maybe? So we can view the full screen after we have picked the type of path we want to use.
But then, if I had another wish, I'd wish for a cleanup of the whole interface, those 4 tabs at the top, and the visitor counter and the Iceberry counter would be better as a single bar at the top, and the Goals, Market, Dragonarium, Social, Options and Share Park buttons would be in a popout menu on the side of the screen, or down from the top bar.
We come here to see awesome dragons, not big buttons!

I agree with womantrarae. I don't like the oversize path icons in the last update, but I LOVE the elder flags and the counter for how many berries we have on the day. Thanks!
scarreddragon, what excellent ideas! Although I'm perplexed at the Blue Tarp Dragon (Drunken Dragon is more understandable, though not necessarily seasonal). And I agree about the fuzzy Sakura Theme petals.

Blue Tarp dragon is just a little joke... during hanami parties, you sit under the trees to eat and drink, so you have to bring something to sit on. You'd think you'd get a combination of chairs or picnic blankets, but actually every group brings this ugly blue tarp for the occasion. I don't think most Japanese people even notice it, but all the non-Japanese think they are super ugly lol

Perhaps you could consider moving Bring 'em Back to coincide with the DV anniversary in September. I suppose some players like BeB happening the same time as the winter event but I find it quite frustrating to have so much going on at once.

Have to admit I'm finding these combined events a little boring ( omg never thought I'd be feeling that) daily playing has been a bit of a chore; I think there is something wrong in the mix BFS has chosen this time around. Analysing it, I think one issue may be because I am having such huge and duplicate dragon fails in the BeB portion, and I just am not going to spend more than 10 gems per speed up per fail, it took me so long to accumulate them ( and I do buy with rl$ once for every event, to support BFS) and then as others have said, there seem to be daily new dragons released ( I can understand the pressure to keep the players who have sparkly dragonariums interested) and then there are the event only/maybe/who knows dragons; so it's not ( for me) a lovely relaxing heat of summer try to breed the dragons I've missed game... Just a not very rewarding chore. Also,the event games this time leave me cold; do not understand how you can make good berriy totals out of the card game (tried it twice), i max at 10 in the speed drop game ( tried it 3 times) , so every day it's just spin the boring wheel.....yes I usually get the gems and mostly the 40 berries per spin but..... Not fun. Sorry BFS, don't know what to suggest, but this mix hasn't worked for me.

If your Spin technique is that good, then at least it's done quickly! Mine is atrocious and nets mostly 1s, so, for speed + points, it's falling berries for me. I was doing rather poorly at it until someone mentioned approaching it like typing. A little better. Then I happened to be doing it while listening to my least favorite surrogate of my least favorite politician and I found myself smashing those berries much more effectively. Berries blast better when tapped with the force and accuracy of touch typing on an old manual typewriter!
I agree with Susie Spieler that anniversary time would be nicer for BeB. Holidays don't need any more stressors. DV should be our peaceful refuge from RL instead of more accounting/budgeting/timing and gifting decisions.

Despite my grumping earlier, I want to give BFS a huge bunch of magic snow crystals ( non melting, each one different) to thank them for their generosity throughout this event, the surprise snoflakes, the PAVING 😆🙃😊, and the lovely new dragons; such artistic folk, obviously touched by magic and such a wonderful game...not to leave out this great forum, thanks to poppy and the other founders. All best wishes to everyone for a fabulous 2017
My ribbon and tinsel dragons didn't add any cool decorations to my ornamental habitats. I'm hoping that maybe that can be incorporated in the next update for the app. Thanks!
To my friends in Dragonvale World....I'm having a problem returning gems to some of my friends in Dragonvale World. It tells me that the friend has an unclaimed gem from me. When I've contacted the friend, the messege they get is that all gems have been collected. I've contacted BFS and am waiting for a reply.
My GCID is h3idiS1. I'll post back with the response I get from BFS.
Edit Jan 18: It's been a week. I'm still waiting to hear back from BFS. The new update didn't fix it. Edit Jan 24: One friend's account is now fixed and I can gift to it. BFS now says the other one is also fixed, but it's still not letting me send gifts yet.

Love to see a Christmas theamed omnitat next winter festival. The Christmas dragons without cold element are exiled to other islands because their habitats don't look right on my beautiful Christmas Island.

Dear BFS, while you are finalising tweaks and twicks and tweats for the V fest, I wish there could be a button for the whole park that achieved the effect of ' now dragons, are you all sitting quietly in your habs and paying attention?'.... There are occasions when it would be so restful, lol

Really? It nets 170 at a pop and I can play it unlimited times, if I back out of the card game, go to a friend's dragonarium and pop back in to the card game. I can also bank ~50 guaranteed instead of ~40 possibly with the spin game.

Yeah, I started with writing down every number and it was tedious. Then I realized that I only had to remember about 5 or 6 before I would starting finding matches, so I don't grid I just memorize. It takes me like 15 minutes for a game now, which I don't mind, when I can also use my full game limit to spin.
Was Crush the berry-popping game? I could not get good numbers even when I clearly popped every berry and missed every bomb, and it used my game limit. I was just frustrated, so I stopped.

I would also like to request Eucalyptus trees to be designed for Dragonvale. It might help lure some koalas to my park. 😝
