I seem to recall that the higher park level you are, the longer it takes for the bar to move... But, if you've done heaps of collecting food and selling eggs and collecting riftE and there's been no change, maybe it's a glitch; email BFS to safeguard maybe? 🐨🐨
Anyone else having problem with getting Xp. I don't seem to be getting any whatever I do in the vale and have an active double boost for next 3 days?
Most actions in DragonVale give so little XP that it won't even show up on the bar. The significant sources of XP are pretty much: the Colosseum, feeding high-level dragons, and the rift airship (if you want to dump resources into that).
Additionally, the Colosseum gives no XP if it was started before the level cap increase, but that's only once.
Got nothing from colosseum and was on double so expected it to rise at least a bit.. I know it gets slower the higher the level but jot moving at all.. think it must be glitch.

If you started the colisseum before the level raised, then you won't get anything. See if it gives you tomorrow.

Does anyone know why BF has made the berrywhite tree, the red oak, and at least one other decoration (an old looking rock that looks like something from a monolith habitat) limited to one per park? I was really disappointed at BEB this year to find that I couldn't buy any more berrywhite trees. I have two in my oldest park, but want more. They're gorgeous!
I did send a message to them yesterday about it, but haven't heard anything back yet.

I think the Berrywhite Tree is limited because it is animated. They always limit the animated decorations. They probably don’t want us obsessives filling an entire island with them and crashing their servers.

it wouldn't crash their server, since the animation is all processed on your phone or tablet. but it might crash the phone or tablet, and then some people would complain and leave rotten reviews.

- I've recently stopped sending airships since I have quite a good amount of etherium, but previously I would try my best to fulfil the order and send the airship every 2 hours. However I noticed that there seems to be a glitch where the airship behaves as if I've let it lapse and drop the reward levels all the way to the lowest tier. This has been quite infuriating whenever it happens. I thought that it was tied to activating Gaia, but that theory didn't seem to work upon closer observation. - I've maxed out Kairos's levels, and had 25 essence extra just before the final upgrade. This extra 25 essence now shows up whenever I tap on Kairos's porch, taunting me since there's no real use for it! BFS should either remove any extra essence after players reach maximum level, or even better, let us continue to amass essence to gain an extra Kairos activation! The extra activation that came with each upgrade was really useful, and it seems short-sighted to end it just because we've maxed out.

Event currency art while collecting from habitats is STILL way too intense.
I can't see very well while collecting, which is especially frustrating when I'm trying to look for ether swirls, banner bearers and event mascots. All I see is roses.

Hi everyone. I have a new iPad and have been playing DragonVale since I got it in November. I use Game Center. I had an Apple update yesterday. By nightfall I couldn’t open my park. All other apps work however so it’s only a DragonVale issue. I’ve read a lot but nothing is helping and no response from the company yet.
It would be nice if there was a way to delete parks. I’ve switched devices more than a couple of times, and each time I start DV for the first time, it creates a new park before it lets me log into my account. Now I have multiple parks that are not wanted.

This is what BFS list in their FAQ, in case you can't get to it
"Sometimes the wizards can get a little carried away with their spells and you may receive an error message that says "We're sorry! It seems like a wizard's spell went wonky in your park." This can usually be resolved by uninstalling and reinstalling DragonVale. If your park is associated with a Game Center account, it is safe to uninstall.
To Uninstall:
1. Uninstall DragonVale by tapping and holding the icon and tapping the ‘x’ (all game data is backed up our server and associated with your GameCenter ID, so your data will not be lost - even when selecting the "remove data from Game Center option")
2. Sign out of Game Center. To do this, visit your device settings, then tap on Game Center in the left column. On the right hand side, tap your email address and tap "sign out" in the window that pops up.
3. Power cycle your device (turn it off, wait 60 seconds, then turn it back on)
4. Sign back into Game Center in your device settings
5. Reinstall DragonVale through the App Store
6. Power cycle your device once more and launch DragonVale
*Please note that the first time you launch DragonVale after reinstallation will take longer than usual.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, there may be something more serious going on. Please send us an email at support@backflipstudios.com, or submit a request using the link at the top of this page. Please include your Game Center nickname and the type of device you are playing on. "

Thank you. I tried your steps 3 times to the letter. I almost got in. I got the age question then it took extra time to load then close. Never any message. The only other thing that coincides with timing is that my 6th habitat was being built...but I can’t think of any other potential issue stopping it. I downloaded the sister game dragon world and can open with no issue
Thank an you for the response. It is showing 11.2.5, it only updated once, yesterday. Btw, I uninstalled and reinstalled, still won’t load.

Ok, well, that's the extent of my knowledge sorry; I'd send BFS another message via normal email; with s succinct summary of all the steps you've tried, how far you've got toward installation, gcid no etc best of luck! I'm sure they can sort it. id also tell them the number of event days this glitch has cost you; they're often generous with reimbursements and I'd turn off auto updates on your device, so that YOU are in charge and can take screenshots and do backups before updating in future Did you have a backup and have you tried reinstalling from backup? ( sudden thought)
