How much dang room do you think we’ve GOT left on our pitiful numbers of islands with dragon influxes and now we have to squish in multiples of various evolution decos....C’MON👿

Amen. And double the sizes of the caves and storage towers. I don’t know why this simple step hasn’t already been done. It will save processing power and decrease the data needed for the active game. Ugh. Backflip Listen to us PLEASE

How long does it take for DragonVale technical support to help? Game is now crashing a lot. Have tried their suggestion to uninstall and reinstall since Friday. Doesn't help. The tech support do not answer my replies to that suggestion. Anyone have any ideas I can try?

Nice to have you visit, why not join us, we’re nice, well, most of the time 😈 see the tagline 😊

BFS don’t work weekends, hence delay in responding I would imagine.
Check out our wisdom repository; Encyclopaedia Dracontine thread, and the links to what to do to minimise crashing.
Sometimes nothing we try works, either due to overloaded old tech, or actual in game issues, but worth working your way through all the ED suggestions

Can there be an evolution group in the dragonarium like there is one for ghostly? It's hard to keep track. Thanks.

Different company; go to App Store, look up developer (the next flow) and their email is there somewhere...
doubt you’ll have any luck, although they keep the DV guide reasonably up to date, the DVW guide is woefully behind, freq not even listing new or even new and recently ended, dragon availability...😥
when I emailed them about keeping dragons current they asked me to advise them which ones were missing 🤣

Bfs, please please PLEASE add a function where we could give duplicate dragons to friends. That way, next time I get a duplicate chromacorn (which will happen very soon!)I can hook everyone up

I would find placing habitats and decorating islands so much easier if islands were symmetrical instead of awkward shapes. It would be great if when moving things you could see the grid lines of where it is possible to place items to see where the edges and middle of the island are. Lots of games already have this feature so hopefully it wouldn’t be too difficult to implement. And I agree that we really need an upgrade to the hibernation cave! Well these are my DV wishes for the new year! Happy 2019 🎉🐨🎉

The ability to clear 20 more Miasmic Ether and buy 20 more Rift Habitats would inject a bit more fun in the game right about now.

Dearest BFS,

I would like to ask that decorations needed to achieve a dragon be added to the daily log in rewards. With over 200 decorations to be needed for dragons after this event and how difficult they are to get during events let alone outside of the events, I would propose to take out a food and dragoncash gift and add in 2 dragon decorations per the hundred days.

Latest update is horrible : I’ve never experienced crashes (except one other event update where others were too) until this last update. Now my game is crashing several times a day starting right after I updated. Also I can no longer see my eggs in the nursery or other nurseries if I visit friends.

Wait, what? You’ve been experiencing crashes for a week, since the September 12th update? And you’re an Android player? If you’re on an Apple device, I’d be interested in knowing which one. This is really new. It’s the first I’ve heard of anyone having this particular problem, and I haven’t seen anyone post about it on Reddit. It’s very different from the iOS crashes that are a constant for Apple players. The invisible incubating eggs are so very odd! I would definitely contacted BFS. This may not be a known issue.
