My luck over the last few months has been soooo bad! I did not get even one Arbor. I have never purchased a dragon, but am beginning to re-think that policy. This is at least the third limited I have failed to breed. Now I'm counting on another BEB event.

I was lucky and got two easily enough, no gems needed. Since I can always breed them together later and try to get a third one (for the egg display), I moved on to my emerald pursuit. I already have one but now I want an egg. I want to get all the gemstone eggs to decorate my ME island.

I bred 1 and bought the second & egg... I gave in early though, so I may have been able to get them with patience (of which I have none ) In my 2nd park (where I don't collect eggs or doubles) I managed to bred my one a few days ago (trying in one breeding spot only) - my little park has been very lucky lately, gold Oly was my first Olympic dragon and the other 2 followed not long after, Diamond & Emerald came the the first few days of the month and I got Bouquet on my first try  |

I got my two, but it took me a while. The egg I got from breeding my two together, and a spare that I sold after unthinkingly hitting rebreed

I haven't posted for a long time, but nothing much has changed in my breeding places. I got one Arbor Dragon, despite breeding for it daily in the cave and on the island.
Another poster said she has given up on breeding pairs before breeding for an egg. I have too. It's so hard to get one of anything, it seems to be almost random when I get a dragon I have been trying to breed.
I look at getting one dragon as such a success these days, I'm willing to buy the egg as a reward for my "patience and persistence."

I got two plus the egg. Bred non-stop during the time it was available and only got lucky the last 2 days where out of 5 tries 3 were arbors. Go figure....
I got more trees and mosses than I cared for and sold them as fast as I could. I do not spend gems easily so only the occasional speeding up (usually when there is just under an hour left and I really need to go to bed but want to start a new breeding cycle).
So far the only limited I completely missed was Moonstruck.

Bought the first Arbor and barely bred a second one before it expired. It was definitely a close call if you ask me  |

My success came on a down-to-the-wire, last-ditch, do-or-die attempt too. Same with Diamond too. I used to have luck with breeding right as soon as a dragon was released, but that hasn't worked for me recently, looks like my luck is shifting to the last minute.

I got one and an egg. I don't much bother with getting a second dragon since they stopped the 100% breeding rule. Snap :-) I was lucky though and got them really quickly pengu x |

I didn't get it but I'm sure it will be back some other time. My park is so new that to breed these dragons I first have to bred the dragons necessary to combine to try for them. LOL. So I ran out of time.

My sympathies too, I only managed one Moonstruck despite spending about 600 gems. When it left the market I bred Bluemoon/Moonstruck 30 times unsucessfully, then I had to quit to get other dragons. |

Sadly I didn't even know the Arbor dragon existed until now.... I've been lax! Missed Mistletoe back at Christmas too. Extra annoying with the Dragonarium shoving them in my face. 182/184  |

It is very annoying to miss a limited dragon and have to wait for another chance to breed it. Many of our members are in the same boat. Hopefully there will be a collection comeback event soon. There hasn't been one for a while; it's the third anniversary of the game coming up soon. Please do have a look around the place; there are lots of lovely people and fab advice about the game. You might consider joining up as a member. |
