I bought 400 iceberries during the expired period and managed to get the double dosage. It worked for me but don't take this as a guarantee.

When the event ends, do berries turned in to part of a reward count for bonus food? or only unspent berries in the counter on screen?

From previous event endings, is it best to hand in all berries (assuming they count towards the food rewards)?

In the "news" part of the social menu you can see how long the event will last. About 5 hours for me.
Very ennoying as I cannot cash any DC in my parks at the risk of getting a 4th xmas theme lol

Agreed. Something has gone wrong. Its 6 hours later and the doubles are "expired' but I'm still collecting double berries and the market seems to be doubled as well still!

Not quite sure what I am going to do w/ all those Snflakes and pedestals just yet, and was quite fortunate w/ just one long fail, LY.

Back to reality! Tossed a pair of Mine + Cold (2nd Diamond), = 38+ hrs., *sniff*.

What is to be used to watch any app or itunes or whatever on your Ipad on your TV is an Apple accessory named VGA adapter. You just link both and you have everything dupplicated on your tv screen.

I still don't have snowflake #4. Tons and tons of #3's though! Been breeding 1+1 and 3+3 as recommended, still no dice. Can I still try for #4 after this event ends, via BEB?

Any berries not used for rewards will be converted into treat prizes. Make sure you have turned all the collected berries in.

1) Unfortunately, we have no way of knowing until the event is over.

2) Yes. Once you earn the Snowflake Habitat from the event prizes, you can buy more for 1M DC.

3) You can only get 3 and 4 from breeding two Snowflakes together. The suggested route would be to do 1+1 as it gives the shortest average fail times.

Lamonster - The answer to your question is still a mystery. Sorry... wish I could say differently.

This shouldn't be necessary though, and should just be done for thouroughness sake, to decrease the chances of glitching and not getting rewards, right?

I'm not turning mine in, because I feel like not doing so will result in the greatest chance of not getting the extra berries I don't want from uncollected gems in my social menu. I feel like if the game is dealing with the berries in the bucket that aren't turned in, it could in theory glitch and not deal with gift berries, IF it even takes gift berries into account in the first place. I will be in-game, for this event end though. which should be in about 20 minutes, right?

Over, got the Shrine and 3.5M treats for ~660 berries.

Worked perfectly . Uncollected gift berries weren't counted, so I didn't go past my limit. For 1,437 berries, I got 7,598,971 treats. Very pleased.

Also the item you get at the end of this event comes with a lovely poem in the description

I'm happy with the 6 million something treats I got. All together with growing treats for berries, I have 70M treats. Enough to crown 7 more dragons. Awesome.

I only got 1.2M treats for my 1400 berries. Maybe it was based on park level as well?

Was you'll know by now, it is just food.
But for me at least, when chasing L20 Dragons, any source of food is good news. I would much rather have 7M food than another copy of a theme I already have.

Same here GD. I missed out on the Treat gifter though, which would have been nice for my buds. D: But I did get a ton of food!
