350 roses. With nearly 3 days left in the game (We are now down to 2d 23H and I don't think we're getting doubles this weekend.) I'll have no problems getting it (And don't mind missing it. I really need the food more anyway! But with 3 days left I don't think I can really avoid it either!). Gift elsewhere.

Android and Kindle users can only get friends through Facebook.

You should have a Game Center icon on your iOS device. Go to Friends and press the plus sign. Type in the GCid of the person you want to send a friend request to and any message, press send. They have to accept it for the friend to show up in your DV social menu.

I ran into this once. You didn't lose the gifted roses. They remained in my Social menu, ready to college the next day (Though the treats and gems associated became mine immediately) I meant to comment on this back then and forgot. it was very neat that Backflip handled this for you.

Hi Nancy. As has finally been mentioned, GC is an apple only thing. Dv started on the apple platform and this used to be the only way to friend someone. They finally added android devices and and facebook friending the mechanism to add friends there. So you need to become friends via facebook.
It is usually quite visible in the recent threads section, but that has been swamped by the ridiculously large poll going on at the moment.

My favorite feature of the Pro-Boards app for viewing the forum on iOS is the view where I only see the threads I have posted to. The app doesn't work on my phone (iOS8 and they are no longer updating the app), still works on my iPad that I haven't updated yet.
If anyone has opening for friends i could really use some... I don't have any friends that play and could really use the help. I'm willing to buy the gem tree to return the favor! Thanks! ☺

I release my friends to gift others in need. I am less than 100 roses from the omnitat. I have gone through my list of friends to see who needs help. I found many forum members who are still on the 2nd Thorn, but within reach of the omnitat with help. My list includes: Debstoy, emandbuddy, gdan 73, Kevinjsausa, mishkasmom, nonnyd, Rainlover, shernea220, Shotgunsalley, stuzie24, and Winou. If I missed anyone, I am sorry. My gifts will go to helping as many as I can over the next few days. I'll see my regular gem partners after the event.
