In the park, the event ended and the event island is gone, whatever eggs I've collected became treats and I received the end-of-event decoration?!?
Please tell me something is up!!
After reading the blogs this morning I visited all my gem buddies. I can see the event island on all the others, but not on yours. My gift ability will reset in about 8 hours, so hopefully you will continue getting eggs.

Interestingly enough, my egg counter is glowing/flashing/thing it does when I have sufficient eggs for the next reward at 200++ eggs. Before the event ended for me, I was at 600+ eggs towards the second pedestal. Since that reward is worth 900 eggs, it appears that the game does remember how much eggs I've found prior to event ending despite them already being converted to treats.
I'm not too bummed out because I'm certain that Backflip Studios will correct this. If anything, I may even benefit since it was a long shot for me to get the final reward without spending cash!
Has anyone seen or heard anything from BFS about the latest SuprGlitch? To my Gem Buddies I am holding off collecting and giving till later today.
Not to worry. I visited your park after getting your gem to check if your island had come back. BFS better give you guys a long leg up! According to their message, 3,300 people were affected.
I just got a message when I went into my park saying that its fixed!!! I don't know how to upload the screenshot. I haven't checked into everything yet, I just wanted to let y'all know. Go check your parks!!! PS How do I upload a photo???

You cannot do it directly. You need to upload the picture to a photo hosting site like Flickr or PhotoBucket. Then you post a link here surrounded by image tags

That's good news glad you didn't lose out. I am back to normal - hurrah! Been compensated with eggs so more tha back to where I should have been. Got second monolith dragon and moving towards the final reward. Thanks for sticking with me.

Hi - I got a load of eggs. Not sure exactly how many but over 1,000 but not sure how many I lost or would have missed out on etc feels like they have taken it seriously and compensated accordingly. Would rather it didn't happen though Mr Dilldog who was unaffected (he sleeps at night) is now thinking he has missed out.

Yes all back to normal huge relief all round! Got a load of eggs in compensation so ally's well.
in the last couple of day, I lost all eggs collected... Every mornig I check the conter and is 92... I gewt my first monolith dragon three day ago, and i should get my second pedestal today, but all eggs are gone... I used to turn in eggs only when I get the prize, so I can count as many eggs I need for the next prize, so I lost almost 600-700 eggs I dont know if I'm involved in the last superGlitch...

In fact, used like this it becomes an imperative. According to buffy, I must leave. So blame (or thank) her when I finally vanish folks.

This bugg correction may have been accompanied by at least one other change: I could collect 200 eggs from friends gifts instead of 120. Wonder if it stays. Would be good to diminish the back log.

You may have been the lucky recipient of a glitch. I tried and maxed out at 120 eggs. That was one friend. Sigh.

I've been running into an interesting hiccup lately. Sometimes I'll turn in eggs but when I check it with my tracker I'm off. This morning I was off by 22 eggs, but I knew this was wrong. I spent a gem just to see if the Burcadia was still counting.. and when I turned that one gem in it fixed all the numbers :/ what a quandary.
