Epic Egg Hunt Event - 3/12 - 4/7 - FINISHED!

Just got my Mono2 with the last pickups from today. Bred them together and did NOT get any other Monolith. Looks like a Geode.

As I said, it's a long story that has to do with a lot of friends and uncollected eggs. The eggs were uncollected from the social menu. I have more friends than I can collect per day.

So here is the story. My game started crashing. I also noticed I wasn't getting all the gems from my gem buddies. By Thursday, I could do nothing in my game except zoom around. Couldn't gem others or collect. I sent BFS an email. Friday morning, lunch time and later in the afternoon there was no response, still cannot get into game. Got home from work, dinner, dishes, family settled and I looked again, still no response from BFS, but I decided to check my game and BFS a had cleared my social tab and the uncollected eggs were in the egg counter. I had just got the 2nd monolith on Thursday when this happened. So the uncollected eggs in the social menu were enough to give me the relic. Game is now working fine except I had to email BFS to find out what happened to my 2 prisms which are missing and my fire dragon which is locked in the colosseum

Sorry if it's already been posted, but what is best to breed to get 3 and 4? I'm guessing 1+1 or 2+2...
idk. I remember on the winter event, there was a good list of what elements each snowflake contributed, and which fails each combination would bring. Nothing like this yet this time around?

Monolith 2 contributes: Earth, Water, Fire, Monolith
Monolith 3 contributes: Earth, Water, Cold, Monolith
Monolith 4 contributes: Earth, Water, Lightning, Monolith

According to the sandbox, 1+1 gives the shortest average fail times. It also says that breeding the same Monoliths together gives Rainbows and DRs, but I'm not sure if that's true since you will only have 3 basic elements involved. Not sure if having Monolith element in there will make it eligible for the 4+ element requirement for Rainbows. If it's not true, then the answer might change.

Well, it certainly counted as 4 with the Snowflakes, so I can't see it not counting with the Monos. Snowflake 1 +1 gave me a DR.

Is anyone else suspecting double days will begin on Thursday? (BFS time, of course). I mean, it's like holiday tradition.

Thanks. I couldn't remember the case for Snowflakes. That answers that I guess.

Event finished today for me, got the Relic and spent a good half an hour upgrading all my epics etc to level 15. Spending about 18 million treats.
Crumble saw that you are sitting on a huge pile of treats, starring all your dragons will be easy

But they have to wait some more days. i'm at 1100 to the Relic (half way done).

By the way : thank you, for supporting my secondary accounts with treats. Sorry that I can't return treats so often. I try to return something to everyone who gifted to me. And I never seem to have enough.

The first April Fool's had the Invisible Dragon as a joke. I don't know that it was actually in the game as that was a little before my time.

I kept getting 24hr quests, 3 in a row. My current 24hr quest will ends at 11:15PM or so tonight, BFS's time. I am destined to miss 20 eggs.

We invented a new time zone. I am afraid one of these days I will end my call w/ "Let's reconvene tomorrow at 3:00 BFS's time."

I have been breeding Mono #1 + Mono #2, since Sat afternoon, and getting = 4 Mono #1, 4 Mono #2.

I peeked at a friend's park, and am not sure if I want to crown all Epics w/ stars. The star looks okay on some but not on the others.

WOOT! I was able to buy my 11th Island last night, so it should be ready to be Summoned before double egg weekend without needing gems to speed it up! I was down to 2 million after I bought it - I can't remember the last time my DC wasn't at least nine digits!

Here is how I got mine besides a lot of patience. I bred 1 and 2, then used the cave for 1 and 1, when I got another 2 is used 1 + 1 and 2+2, got #4 first so used 2 + 4 and 1+2. then when I got the 3, I breed 2+4 and 1+3. Still have bred nothing higher in time (except mono 3 and 4) than a Geode. You will get a lot of 1's and 2's at 2 hr in the upgraded island and cave but be patient as they will come- I am about a third of the way around an island after getting two of each and an egg for my egg island - so unless something new hits, going to see if I can ring the island in mono eggs.... P.S.--less than 50 for the relic, should get it tonight and ready to try it out--

Oops. I kept forgetting to calculate how much I needed vs. how much I could earn till the end of the event so that I know when to stop spending gems. I could've stopped a while ago. Oh well.
