The short story is that higher level dragons have better breeding chances. The benefit of the enchanteds is that they earn more than their non-enchanted counter parts. Also, the enchanted cave is supposedly more condusive to breeding enchanted dragons due to it's soothing soft jazz music. However, they also emphasize that enchanteds are "rare".

So in breeding it's the same using cinder+water or cinder+ENwater?
You guys give me hope. I've been breeding Cinder x Water and Newt x Underbrush with nothing so far. I hope one of those combos will cough up a Congi soon.
I just got an enchanted Water and then my first Gongji with the Cinder + Water pair. Both were level 20 but I don't know if that matters. I had been trying off and on for a couple of months to get an enchanted Water so that was a nice surprise.

With the demise of game centre I just started in FB to be able to friend people from this forum and join in on the fun. Please message me if you want to send a friend request so I know to watch for you😊, I never check FB otherwise. I'm deleting random requests way too many of those 😮.

It doesn't mention any breeding advantage using enchanted versas nonenchanted. Nor in my breeding experience have I seen any advantage. I have both Water and Enchanted Water. Since my Enchanted Water is my higher earner, I'm using my non-enchanted Water for breeding. You can check breedng results with the Dragonworld Sandbox, www.2084.org/dvworld/?1=Cinder&2=Water
That also shows the same results using either enchanted or non-enchanted. If you find a magic bullet, let me know... I'm still hunting for a Congi.

Ok, now I'm jealous. To add to the pain, I keep getting 11h 30m fails (the next longer fail is the Congi).
Edit: Hey! I just got an EnUnderbrush with my Newt x Underbrush combo. Maybe they're getting warmed up.

I just bred one with Thermal and Tropical, both level 20
I just bred Gongji x En Jungle and received a breeding time of 2 days 19 min. Nothing on the breeding calculator adds up, so it must be an En Gongji! Yeah baby!

It is the En Gongji!!!! You can check the time yourself by going into the Market and click on the little arrow located on the upper right corner of the En Gongji box. The box will extend to the right with the breeding time, dc/hr and the story of its discovery.
Congrats!!!!!

Got Gongji by breeding cinder+canyon (both lvl 20, not enchanted) Then later got ENgongji. First I bred Gongji+cinder, but got ENcinder in that process. So changed to Gongji+canyon (what if I could get ENcanyn in that progress?). Ended up getting an ENgongji
Must add that most of the time, I jused 4 hatching spots. So if space, I used gems to speed up the breeding progress.
But I'm soooo happy that I got gongji AND engongji, before the next dragon shows up Anybody know if the dragons, that shows up soon, is timelimited too? And any guessing of the new dragons element?
Well, not sure which combo got me the Lantern as I was breeding it in two places, but I can say that I got an enchanted Lantern using Conji and Lantern, both level 20.
Got Lantern with EnThermal (20) x Whirlpool (18) with about 15 tries. Just got EnLantern (which I am assuming is 1 day 17 hr) with EnFire (20) x Lantern (19) and about 10 tries.
