It will work in the following way:
1. Those keen to use their CBC exclusively to try for a twin Emerald post in this thread with their GCID and/or a link to their Facebook. 2. People will choose to breed for 2 weeks or until success. 3. Any pledge of gems can be made when registering. 4. This is open to players on all platforms, so an indication of whether Facebook friends are welcome is also necessary. Posts should like this

5. I will then randomly sort the names into two lists, one for LICHEN one for CRYSTAL. 6. Everyone in the LICHEN list breeds a Lichen with the top person in the CRYSTAL list. Everyone in the CRYSTAL list breeds with the top name in the LICHEN list. 7. The list order will be rotated during March to give everyone multiple shots at the top spot of their list. 8. When someone breeds a twin Diamond with the first person on the list, the person who is second moves up to the top and everyone breeds with them. 9. People who have bred/received a twin Emerald are under no obligation to help the others, but obviously all help is appreciated. 10. Rinse and repeat until midnight May the 31st. 11. Anyone can join to help after the event has started, but they are added to the bottom of one of the lists.
Any and all questions and comments are welcome. If there is anyone without one of those dragons, please make a note of it in your Pledge post.

I thought about this, then I thought about it again, and again... and then I said to heck with thinking, let's just do it. So here we go:

Have randomly generated numbers and made the lists. Both of Katie's accounts are in poll position, so send your friend requests and start trying for a Twin Emerald.
I need help here - How do I hook up with dragoncollector's game center account? I'm already friends with her facebook account - but that's connected to her crystal dragon from her kindle account. Or in other words the only way I know to connect with anyone is through facebook. So help!
Are we postponing Emerald quest, for the new galaxy dragons? I don't want miss out with such a short time limit. I have 3 galactic dragons, Antarian, Polarian, and Comet. Which would be best to place in the co-op after this 24 hour Crystal fail?

I'm okay with postponing - my co-op won't clear until tomorrow anyway. I know that these dragons aren't going away, but for someone who is low on galaxy dragons, my friends offerings in the co-op is like a galaxy dragon smorgasbord. I doubt I'll see the like anytime soon.
But I did commit - so Katie (dragoncollector), it's up to you. I'll hang in there if you want me to, and you tell me how to connect with your game center park. Do you have a separate facebook account for Edmondsona?

Wonderful! I got it. I'll send my crystal out as soon as my co-op clears, unfortunately I've got a longish one in there.
My lichen was nosing around your crystal with no results for several days prior to the new galaxy dragon extravaganza, so giving the other side of the equation a try is welcome.

So I'm not going to be too worried about updating the lists here until people say they will be back in the mix for breeding. Let me know when you are ready to start this up again.

Someone bred with my Crystal in my katie.edmondson facebook Kindle account and got me a twin Emerald dragon (my first twin gemstone dragon)! I am happy to have both of my accounts rotated down to a lower position to give others a chance to obtain a twin emerald dragon.

I wasn't having luck breeding galaxy's so I went back to emerald, and is a twin moon for Dragoncollector's Facebook account. Katie has her twin emerald, I will switch to Kenny's now.
I sincerely hope it's a twin - because this is probably the closest I'll get to emerald. Or in other words, I'm having a long dry streak. I haven't bred a targeted dragon for a couple of weeks. It's a little disheartening. It's my longest dry spell so far.
