All houses are available - you are NOT locked down to the one you choose. However, as BFS says, it is no longer free - you have to spend event currency for the dragons and banners of the houses you didn't choose. On that basis, they are all equal currency wise...

Yes, I think so. i managed to breed a fate by using bouquet and elder plant. Any plant+fire+water will do! My guess is that this can be done with many (if not all) other dragons..

I love the event, and am so glad it is kind of long, so there isnt so much pressure to max out every day. My one and only disappointment is that I was looking for some kind of opportunity to get the Faire dragon I missed last summer and in BeB, despite lots of breeding attempts... as it is impossible to epic clone, I hoped it could be among the prizes, or maybe one of the gifts, but no, it is not epic, gemstone, or one of the event house dragons, so it won't be gifted. No fair, Faire prize statues, but no Faire!
We'll likely get another wish in our wishing well at the end of the event. You can always consider getting the Faire dragon with that wish.

Hmmm. At 3 doubles and one triple weekend with 5 limited every 12 days dragons/decoration I've got we will be 40k ($100 on double days) short. They clearly note in help the remaining 7 days will be subject to max limit. They also mention check store for double days and neglect that statement for triple days. Soooooo. We can only bank 7k and don't count on triple rings in store. Now it will be less of course if you can breed the specials and if there are less limited dragons (every 12 days) available. Jmho

Looks like you can now win 10 gems every day. Both the drop game and the wheel can give gems, and winning gems only removes the option to win more from that game, and not the other.
This is the first time I've come into an event already having a few of the prizes (from the roses and egg hunt events). And it's nice that they distributed them across the houses, I think.
I may be mistaken, but it appears that prizes at the omnitier level are included in the counts of the other houses. All my counts are 1 more than I currently have prizes for, and I have one prize, the relic of the epics at the global omnitier level.
For example, for icy torment I'm showing 2/5 at silver and 2/10 at gold - and my only current prize for icy torment is the lacewing dragon.
I'll have to still verify that all of my data is correct, but for those of you who want a quick way to count tickets for prizes, I updated my old tool for this event.
I did this pretty quickly so there may be some bugs in it that I'll hopefully iron out in the next few days.
Also, since there is potentially a lot of stuff, I added the ability to 'share', which is basically a 'goog.le' link. If you do that and then access the site via that link, it should have all of the data you entered when you clicked on share. I hope that makes sense. I tested it in Chrome and it seems to work, but I haven't tried out other browsers.
Does it work like the arena of the last events, only now we pick a dragon from our friends list for that side?

I did it: I got 100 rings for completion and was able to send mssparkle some rings as an appreciation gift. It gives you the elements at the top and you simply find all the elements between the two dragons (1 is yours, 1 is friends.)

Thanks for the tip, in fact I just clicked on oneof the dragons in its habitat and this unlocked the prob and I can now choose any other dragon etc. For the records, i have reached my max for today which is 1150 rings. Meaning 150 above normal daily collection. I hope to cash more from the tournament and bank them, but i noted that rings accumulated in the dragon gallery or whatever it is named, cannot be banked! So reclaim them from time to time...
Blech. I removed all of my dragons from the parade by tapping on one of my parading dragons in its habitat to get into the picker and then remove each one. My hope was that this would get past the glitch and allow me to collect the accumulated rings. Unfortunately it did not and now I can't get back into the picker to get my dragons on parade again, so I'm no longer earning parade rings.
Hope this gets fixed soon!

My parade dragons are being held hostage, too. If they aren't released until reset, I'll make sure to put low earners in there next time.

I left the arena and wandered around my park tidying up a bit, went back a few times and finally after trying several times, I saw the ring icon, clicked to collect thirty rings, then promptly removed all of my level twenty special dragons, and replaced them with only two low level regular hybrids, just in case it happens again and I can't get them out.
Freitag, I'm experiencing the same issue, no gamecenter friends at moment. Have tried turning phone off, logging in and out and so far no luck. Hope whatever it is it gets resolved quickly.
I hope so too. It turns out my iPhone picks up the Friends List, but it's such a bummer on a small screen...

Its looking like we may not be able to do that in this event. There is a 12.5 day hourglass by the Fates dragon and the Mirror of the Triptych.
I'm a little confused on the prize options. All the houses have Bronze, Silver, and Gold level prizes, while "Omnitier" does not, and has a couple with hourglasses next to them (as stated above). Is this "Omnitier" just an extra prize category, that isn't related to any of the designated houses?
Anyway, it looks like a fun event. It will certainly be a long one - 'til September!!!
What does the parade do, exactly? Is it just for fun, and not for rings? Does it matter which dragons I select for it?
So are the prizes with countdowns exceptions to the saving-event-currency recommendation? I thought I read somewhere on the forum they all come back the last week so I'm not sure if I should risk waiting or just go for it.
