Just be be careful with doing it this way, many moons ago I had a fake Facebook account that I used for a game I played before DV and after 6 years of using it and building up a lot of friends FB demanded proof of my name. Of course my driving license and passport are not in the name of Noodles! So I had to abandon the account & my 1000 plus 'friends'.

If your park & years of play is attached to a fake account you might be challenged one day and face losing it. Be warned.

I hear you that's why I went with my first and middle name so in a sense it's my name but not enough to have work intrude.  If I get challenged, I hope to survive it with that aspect.

Woot took a bunch of gems to cycle through some attempts and hit another seasonal and I was thinking Moonstruck was going to stand me up, when she finally came to my park. Woot woot. So right now seasonal, moonstruck, and snowy bronze are cooking in the hatchery. Very happy. Now to attempt for amethyst.

Okay so I made an account and joined the Nogard clan . Thank you Houseforjoy for the great idea!!! I agree with Kiwichris01 here's to global Nogard clan  !

Made absolutely everything private, posted nothing, gave no info etc.......
So now I need to know how to attach my DV game to Facebook but keep my gameclub going to at the same time because that is where my family friends are. Do I have to sign out and sign in to each account or will I be able to see both GC and FB friends?

DV AND FRIENDS AFTER GC DEMISE:

Existing friends:
If you are still on
ios9, waiting hoping for BFS to develop an in-game friending system, update DV to current, follow the prompts re FB and binding your park, (see BINDING PARK TO FB tip) ( need to name your park: suggestion name it your forum name and that makes it easier to recognise forum friends) now able to collect FB gem rewards and all friends should be present and correct w names, no personalised icons tho, however those who are on ios10 may be listed as a 'secret admirer'

Or if you are a FB user;
Friends list shows after you logout/login to FB in Social every time you login thru GameCenter (You only have to FB bind once after GC login if you have only one park).

Adding Friends:
Unfortunately, using Facebook is now the only way to add DV friends. Game Center is no longer an option since the iOs 10 update.
If you are logged into both GC and FB, then you will see both your game center friends and your facebook friends. You will need to be logged into FB to gift your FB friends. 


BFS response to query re developing in-game friends link
"Thank you for your email. The wizards of DragonVale are aware Facebook for friends is not an ideal solution to having friends for some of our players and are still looking into another option! Unfortunately, at this time I have no time frame of when this will be added to the game!"

y'know, one day I should get brave, with a spare three hours, and actually work out how to log in to my FB page and work out how it works and how to set up blocks etc... One day when I'm feeling brave :/

I'm about done. Last night I finally bred the Rosegold double, only missing the Honeyglow and Twinkle doubles, which I plan to clone on CBC.

13 eggs to go to egg completion (baker's dozen). Time to pick up on that again.

The Love dragon decided to make an appearance at the last second, and now a lovely little Love dragon is incubating in my nursery.

Of course it showed up right when I decided to purchase it with gems. I was just about to go to the market when the five hour timer popped up. I was like sure, let's try this one more time before I resort to spending gems. And surprise! There it is. No gem purchase necessary.

And it looks like the Pile of Treats to 1000 Roses rule is out the window, last event and this, I only got about 80% of that.

Just saying all, I have been the king of the 8 hour incubating also the 6 hour incubating.... grrrrr. I don't know if there is a 6 hour or 8 hour dragon I need any longer....

what spell do I need to cast to change up the scenario??

86,374,297 treats for me. Idk how you do it. I guess I missed one exploit but banked everyday and never collected social gifts. Good job! Mine will help a couple more dragons get to 20, but I really need space for all these dragons!! Another hibernation cave upgrade? 5 more levels, habitats, and another island? Please!! I'd much rather take all that than the treats.

I only received about 80% of the pile of treats per 1,000 roses leftover. I am at level 55. Did anyone receive the full pile of treats to 1,000 roses ratio?

Last event it seemed like if you bought the limited dragon, even though it was greyed out you could buy it again at the end, but they seem to have changed that this event, as I tried to buy a second Honey Badger and couldn't. Drat. I don't mind the extra treats, but trying nonstop for a second Honey Pot has so far given me nothing, so I just wanted to be done. Oh well.

I think those days are gone, mine worked out at 1234 Roses/Pile

Offer accepted! They've already started their work... no Honey Boo Boo dragon yet, but it looks two of the three Cold hybrids are coming in about 15 hours! I can always count on your koalas, magpac!

Oh Sensei!!  Teach me o' wise one which whine works better red or white?  Please oh please let it be red.... not a huge fan of white.  I will begin whining today.  May my incubation be long and epic!!!  (Well gem and crystal but you get the drift)
