well, that covers every hybrid/rare dragon except Ambrosia, Cuddlewing, Rosegold, and Shield. unless i've somehow missed any of those in a previous update.
Quick thought, go for the limited with locked combos first. Then your fails might be another limited.
Someone help me make a list: Arbor The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Tree Dragon and a Forest Dragon. Bearded The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Mountain Dragon and the metal element. Bloom The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Storm Dragon and the plant element. Bouquet The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Flower Dragon and the water element. Butterfly The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Firefly Dragon and the air element. Carnival The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Pepper Dragon and the earth element. Clover The breeding pair of dragons must be a Moss Dragon and a dragon containing the plant element. Gourd The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Pepper Dragon and a Root Dragon. Liberty The breeding pair of dragons must be a Copper Dragon and a dragon containing the air element. Love The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Flower Dragon and the lightning element. Mistletoe The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Tree Dragon and a Lichen Dragon. Rose The breeding pair of dragons must be a Flower Dragon and a dragon containing the air element. Sakura The breeding pair of dragons must contain a Tree Dragon and a Flower Dragon.
Are there any more?
Edit: Holly = Evergreen and Mistletoe Neoteric = Luminous and Spark Epoch = Bloom and Bearded Spirit = Ghost and Spectre Tidal = Quake and Abyss Dracabra = Lycan and Decay

I think they're the only exceptions, yeah. Three of them need epics to breed which the Rift can't have yet.
Ambrosia needs Delight, Rosegold needs Gold, Shield needs Hydra. I'm not sure what Cuddlewing's excuse is... Maybe because it needs Love, which is limited? I thought there was more than one Rare with limited Rare parents, but I might have been thinking of epics... Moonstruck or something.
Edit: Gargoyle as well doesn't have traits. Fits in both categories, no Monolith plus limited Trick.

I got Coal and Oni using this combo: Thicket (Fire) + Fire Rift. I also picked up a Permafrost and Motley using a couple different combos. Koala all! 🐨
Overwhelmed with the breeding possibilities I once again grasped someone else’s idea with relief.
Results so far of Thicket (earth) + Fire rift:
Nesting Wyrmwood Fire rift (thought those weren’t breedable) 🤷🏻♀️ Gift a couple Ire’s and a few of the other spookies
Koala all
With the demise of game centre I just started in FB to be able to friend people from this forum and join in on the fun. Please message me if you want to send a friend request so I know to watch for you😊, I never check FB otherwise. I'm deleting random requests way too many of those 😮.

I was adding to my spreadsheet....are there 56 new ones? I went on a spending spree with mystery eggs and did really well. Most were traited dragons that I didn't have already and they were almost all twins to boot!

I am wondering about these rift versions of limiteds... are they only available during BEB and during the time period a specific limited dragon is rereleased? Or will they be available all the time? Because that would mean it will be possible to breed virtually any dragon at any time in the Rift (since non-traited versions are a possible outcome). That can't be right. It would be great, but it kinda defeats the purpose of having limiteds. And, if the limiteds are still truly limited, and just currently available because of BEB, what's the point in releasing them all at the same time? I think it would make more sense to introduce them gradually, like when the specific dragon is rereleased. This seems like a bit of a mess, imo (and also words that begin with c and f).
I am also wondering if BEB will be over tomorrow when the Winter event starts? That would make it all even more weird.

...Honestly this many new traits is making me just want to throw up my hands and give up on trying to get all Riftie dragons. I don't have place to put them

Seems like BFS is in a rush to release their rift dragons. I don't know why they feel the rush, possibly because of BEB? Personally I don't mind this rush, even though I suppose most people would whine about it. I never set myself the goal of having every rift version dragons, didn't even bother trying for the spooky and harvest ones during past 2 events. So I will just breed whatever I'm in the mood, and enjoy the small pleasant surprise when something "new" shows up
My biggest complain about the rift though, is there is zero decoration element in rift area. My rift area is packed with 40 identical (and not so pretty) looking habitats filled with dragons, even more crowded than Time Square at new year eve! It's not a pleasant view and totally lack any personality. And because of that, I feel a lack of emotional connection with my rift dragons

Long haul, slow and steady, enjoy the journey, don't hafta get caught up in the MUST COMPLETE BEFORE TOMORROW shtick! Talk about adding pressure to this particularly laid back time of year (not) 😂😂 good! Loads of new dragons to breed to keep my interest in the game for moooooonths, happy kiwi 😜😈

curiously, both Shield and Gargoyle are shown as rifty (can have a trait) in the Dragonarium.

I feel ya! Last week I did major clean up in my Rift to make some room for the last new batch. It took about an hour to make a list of every dragon out in the habitats, cross check that with what was in the HC, delete all the duplicates and other-traited, and make sure one of every type of dragon was displayed. I still didn't have enough room to display one of each, but that was okay. I was going to slowly expand, no big deal. With this brand new addtional batch, my previous zen-like feeling of 'it's all okay' has been destroyed. Arg! It's overwhelming. And, I still haven't organized/properly grouped the dragons, yet. That's a task for another day. Someday. Maybe.
Once BEB is over, I think I'm going to stop breeding for at least a month and just save E. My next expansion is ~6500 E and I think about half of my habitats are maxed. So, the other half need the 5000E upgrade, plus I need to clear enough room for them all... plus new habitats... that's a lot of E!
I've always looked at the Rift as a long term project, and haven't been worried about getting everything asap. The long-term saving part just isn't going to be very much fun. I like the excitement of breeding in the Rift and will miss it during the breeding hiatus- especially now that there are so many new rifties to discover.

OK .. this may be a bit unpopular, but I don't want to collect every dragon with every trait possible. That just isn't interesting to me. I really hope BFS puts something in for those of us who are really only in the Rift for the unique Rift dragons (I love the Nimbus, Lacuna, etc).
Or why don't they expand the types of dragons they've already established? Like Ornamental, Hidden, Aura? More of those.

I'm still so ambivalent about the Rift.
Ooo that's an interesting approach and you could visit parks, view the elemental and other common rift dragons, and just need the very striking or pretty ones distinctive Rift , I like ☺️☺️☺️

I never Get traited dragons. Do you get the rare egg or regular?
