I've been trying for Nesting a long time. Tried Decay + Plant Rift, in the Rift Breeding Cave. Second try gave me Nesting!! ...and now the Dragonarium is breathing fire again.
Welcome aboard, NTomDrake , great first post! I keep forgetting that I can try for non-rifty dragons in the Rift. Now if BFS would just allow twin breeding in the Rift I might just be able to get a Twin Snapper as a fail!
Do you think they will include all the Snowflakes as Rifties? That would definitely bring up the total.

Cyn, we haven't had any rift dragons be epics (yet), so I don't think the snowflakes will be at risk (thankfully!! Could you imagine trying to get a snowflake 5 rift?? 😰).
11? My guess was 6-7, thinking that we would see rift versions of reindeer, mistletoe, coal, gift, regift, holly, and maybe trinket with the winter event that has been teased on DragonVale's Facebook page. Are there others you think will get rift versions? Or new event dragons?

ah. I excluded those since nether was not a part of the Halloween bunch, which made me think they aren't doing very recent dragons as rift versions, but maybe flurry, snowbrush, and thundersnow might be included. But I'm inclined to say that icebound is too new.
I think I have Facebook friending set up alongside my gamecentre. Can someone who is not on gamecentre try to friend me? Or I can friend them.

I've managed to get Thorn, but Darkling keeps hiding from me. Been switching up my breeding to see if I can trick it into showing up while using the fails to fill in my missing rift dragons and rift egg pedestals.

No, you're not. Used the combo with Spark and the other dark and lightning hybrid (has been posted here earlier), got Darkling - unfortunately without trait.
Never knew, what a nice job BFS did with the music for DV! Always played with sounds and music turned off on my mobile phone and on the old tablet. On the new tablet I left the music on after starting the DV App for the first time.

With the demise of game centre I just started in FB to be able to friend people from this forum and join in on the fun. Please message me if you want to send a friend request so I know to watch for you😊, I never check FB otherwise. I'm deleting random requests way too many of those 😮.
I got Coal and Oni using this combo: Thicket (Fire) + Fire Rift. I also picked up a Permafrost and Motley using a couple different combos. Koala all! 🐨
