Got a Rift Bone with plant element using someone's (...Cyn? maybe?) aforementioned pairing of Obsidian (p) x Poison (f), with the Rift on Fire (ahhhhhhhhh!) Pretty cool looking... almost all green except for a few white bones here and there!
r.e. Co-op breeding, that works even if only 1 parent is the dragon you want, right? Or do both need to be the one you want? In other words I can find a friend's Oni and breed another dragon with it to (if the planets align and gods agree) get an Oni? (I'm sure OnixOni is better, but just for now until I collect enough candy to get one!)
I'm actually glad they allowed the spooky dragons to gain rift traits. It gives me a goal and something to come to the park to do, unlike last event which was super boring because there was nothing to do but collect whatever-it-was-we-were-collecting-I-forgot. Even if I usually manage most of my E-breeds at once, at least it's something to look forward to!

Hey all... been too long (curse RL) Though I'd been getting on once in a while.i.hadnt been much invested in everything. But now, after getting the update, my game won't load.
I was able to get in again just now, hopefully the server issue is over for everyone.

Thanks for the laugh! I, too, had trouble today. I thought it was because I'm on the road. WI FI was cutting in and out, couldn't update for an excruciatingly long time, then got kicked out just as I was happily collecting candy. We went out for dinner, and I took my Kindle and Hot Spot. I finally got back in!!! Now all is right with my world again. A cool part was that, just as I was waiting for Rift breeding result, I lost the connection. Cool part is coming. When I was able to log back in later, I found the breed result was a Spore, which I didn't have!!! Now, back to collecting candy with the other trick or treater's...

Hey Kiwichris, Lattelover's username is lattelover, so to tag her use that instead of "@i am Latte!". Sometimes users change their nicknames from their usernames, which is how the Case of the N/A's occurred. You can hover your cursor over someone's nickname to see their username!

Cyn, if I remember correctly, you might be in No. Calif? Were you buying a chainsaw because of the awful winds we had? We lost the top of an old oak tree in our backyard as well as the whole top of our grandson’s jungle gym/playset. My husband is not looking forward to using his chainsaw. Then the next day, we had a wildfire scare. And I feel so badly for all of the people affected by all of the wildfires, as well as all the other various disasters. The US has had a really tough few months.

I saw the the egg and thought it was an Amber at first and was like huh? how...?? So, I used Gaia to hatch it, and when the Ghost popped out I was whooping and hollering, and I think I scared my cats.😄 I LOVE the Ghost and am totally stoked to have one! Thank you!

Hi! I've been a regular contributor to the DragonVale wikia for years and have 4 games going, but found this board as I struggled with the Rift. Your posts on the rift helped me find the dang hidden buildings, and your posts on the Candy Bash resulted in a rift Bone with metal trait and Ortreat with fire trait! Yay for rift Mountain and rift Poison! I was so focused on trying to get the special rift dragons that I wouldn't have quickly noticed that plant, earth, fire and cold will get rift versions of most of the re-released Spooky dragons without seeing a post here about it. So thanks very much for the help, y'all!
