And I in the co-op with Sakura and Elder Plant in about 4 tries.  Fortunately tha fails were short timers, so speed ups were not costly, lol.

I can't believe it, but I got Plumpkin with Plant Rift plus Bone Rift after a few tries in the rift! Yay!

Me too, got Plumpkin in the Rift in only 3 tries. 
Fire Level 16 and Garden Level 11. 

Can’t believe it either, I have been having the worst luck this event. Woohoo.

Joining the whine group, now I just need some cheese! I’ve been able to breed four Seraphs, between my regular breeding spots and the Rift, but haven’t been able to get ONE Bogberry, Bounteous, or Teozinte! I also need a Harvest Moon. And now there’s Plumpkin! I’m putting Harvest Moon on hold, since he’s the cheapest to buy, and am going for Plumpkin in all three breeding sites, while alternating my Elder Plant with other members’ Bogberry, Bounteous, or Teozinte in the CBC. I think, if I did my math correctly, I just need to breed one more event dragon to have enough spice to buy all the rest, with some left over. If I’m lucky enough to breed two more event dragons, I’ll be able to buy all of the remaining dragons plus the Treatery!

So tried in multiple parks, using rift breeds up to 10k, etc and did not get the new dragon. So for all those who see the posts about people getting it in 1, 2, or 3 tries, and are wondering why they can't get it too, keep in mind it's really not that easy!

My baby park got one in the rift after MANY tries, but my main park has not. I've been trying there for a pedestal, but so far no go.

You are oooh so right!

The Plumpkin was a complete surprise so I had to share.   But the ones I did get came from breeding and rebreeding over and over and over..........if I got an egg it was usually a complete surprise in my hatchery because I was on automatic 😁

I gave up all breeding in the rift due to failures and just concentrated and buying habitats and clearing. 

Just keep trying and remember BRING THEM BACK is right around the corner 🎄

Now that we get DC instead of treats at the end of the events, it's definitely a great idea to buy and sell prizes for a quick profit with any extra spice, if you didn't want to buy any additional mystery eggs.
But the Seraph pedestal is the best item to buy (525 spice) with a sell back value of 4,000,000. Keep in mind though that it's limited, so be sure to stock up on as many as you can while it's still available, because waiting the 4 days to breed one and sell it to get that same DC profit is a pretty terrible wait.

Last night I bought up 3 mystery eggs with my spice. Managed to get 3 twins that I needed. Early this morning, I used my remaining spice to get a few Seraph pedestals, then sold them for some extra DC.

So I don't notice the pumpkin's been added and "waste" the first day poking at other limited breedables.  Poke one nest at pumpkin, wrong timer.  Look at second nest, decide it's close enough to finishing to speed it up... and hey look a pumpkin egg (I'd been fishing for a gourd).  Well then.  :-P  I'm not gonna' complain, at least not about that (co-op nest is being useless tho')...

Is there a way to drag a bunch of pedestals from one island to another? The thought of moving them one by one is 😩 I wish the gigantic island could have a them. It would save me a lot of problems hehe

  When I re-arranged by egg pedestals I used the storage tower, pop the pedestals in there then it can stay open on the side of your screen as you put them where you want them to go.  Finished organizing my elemental eggs that way but still need to figure out how I'm doing my special/epic ones.
