YAY, finally an in-game friending system for those of us on Android/fb only! I see you have a new friend ID in your sig, but when I try to friend you it says incorrect ID, please check and try again. How exactly do I need to enter your ID? Have tried DVKiwichris01 (won't allow me to use spaces), DragonValeKiwichris01 and just Kiwichris01. What am I doing wrong?

I’m in WESTERN Colorado, 300 miles (it’s more like 300 light years) away from (The People’s Republic of) Boulder!  We do things a lot differently over here on the Western Slope of the Continental Divide.

what about a poll about what people think which element will be filled (colored) first?
I guess that dark will be the first to be finished.

Finally 😅. Bred my 1st Event Dragon in the last TWO Events. A Smolderbrush in the Rift using Poison & Pepper, both Level 20’s.

i think you were prob trying during my first mad efforts in the new friending system before I had to be firewalled from dv for the day by work
THINK I’ve fixed it now; 2 options, click on hot pink link in my sig, or use my sparkly new friend  name and number and enter them in the boxes per Quil ’s most xcellent adventure, um, instructions on  p1 of new friending thread 🐨

Lady Redwolf I'm not very good at posting pictures but Blazing Gale is about to the last S in progress.

On the breeding front I have not bred one of these new limiteds. I have stocked up on 🍷 and 🧀 in hopes of louring them over.

Here I was thinking I was alone in my total lack of being able to breed these new dragons until I read some of the other posts.

Progress (or lack thereof) to date:
Petunia - purchased with Roses and gifted a twin
Begonia - bred a regular in Co-Op (thanks Arkynos for sharing! sorry not a twin, kept trying for days... no joy)
Cyclamen - purchased with Roses
No Daffadowndilly
No Brilliant
No Fever
No Smoulderbrush
No Derecho
No Twins (other than the gifted Petunia)
No Pedestals
No Rifts (as in not even a single one! nada, zilch, zero, goose egg!)
No Rift Pedestals
No kidding! These are the most abysmal results in my years of playing this game.

To add insult to injury you all may remember me posting that I wasn’t going to do Ghostlies and sold off the ones I had. Now when I buy Mystery Eggs, guess what I’m getting? That’s right, Ghostlies! Does it seem that maybe they are increasing the odds of breeding these event dragons if you use Ghostlies in the mix? Still don’t want them.

The biggest improvement BFS could make in this game is only gifting you dragons on your Wish List and to give you the choice of regular, twin, or Rift when it’s gifted.

End of rant... for now.

Looks like Hidden Bolt ⚡️ will finish first, then Mountain Sun ☀️ Iron Blossom 🌼 and Blazing Gale 🌬 appear to be even. Haven’t seen anything from Icy Torrent ❄️.

My whine the other day helped - got a Smoulderbrush brewing in the coop, and got a Derecho in the rift just now. Will probably end up purchasing Cyclamen with roses.

So I wrote Backflip last week and told them my park is broken. I hadn't gotten the 4 surfaces dragons that were released prior to the event, and I wasn't able to get any of the 3 new event dragons from the first round. Even in the past several events, I pretty much had to clone the dragons after the event was over. It was more a rant, disguised as a bug report, that I've recently been unable to breed things and I must be having an issue because that just doesn't sound right. They responded with the canned 'Everything is working right, we're sorry you're frustrated' response.

Now I've suddenly gotten all 3 of the new dragons through breeding this week. Even more than 1 for some, though sadly not rift versions of all of them. I know it's just all odds/luck, but I can't shake the feeling that I had some flag set on my account for complaining too much or not buying enough that gave me lower odds and they turned it off!

I'm sure that feeling will go away next week as I fail to get the next round of dragons.
