Do the reward habitats count toward your park's limit?
I was wondering this too. These seem to be regular habitats but usually habitats purchased from event markets do not count towards the limit.
Edit: I purchased the small rainbow habitat for 700 magic. In the normal market it costs $150,000. The habitats in the event market will benefit new players short on coins but they will count towards the park limit. 🐨🐨🐨🐨🐨
elizabethaw and Dreamn: Reward habitats do not count toward your habitat limit. Here’s a list of the habitats that don’t count against the cap and the maximum number you can own.

At last, the silhouette from the teaser posted over a month ago is finally revealed...
The risen star, Moriante, is fed to 20 and in the co-op. Bright and sparkling koalas to all!
Breeding combo: Blue Moon + light element + Fireflies weather
Please be aware, the breeding hint and the breeding description have a discrepancy. One states Fireflies are required to breed Moriante, the other does not. You WILL need Fireflies.
Breeding/incubation time: 20 hours
Status: Limited tier, 10 days
Cloning tip: Moriante’s elements are cold, lightning, and light. So use an elder or a dragon with one or more of these elements when cloning.
NOTE: IT IS STILL RAINING BLOSSOMS IN THE VALE, so if you do not own the Twilight Tower, you will need to wait until Saturday to breed Moriante with Fireflies. But do not despair, you can still clone in the co-op (and Vale). Message me if you need me to add you.
I just want to say thanks so much for buying these breeding hints for us. I think youve bought like 4 of them so far. I know they cost 20 gems each b/c I've thought about buying them then was too cheap to actually do it lol. I'm sending you gems it's of course not going to be 20 or 80 maybe over time but you don't need to send me gems back. Thanks for the breeding hints and these posts for every new dragon that's released! Wow that's a lot of work more than I do here

Yea I agree with this! I can’t send gems adlerist because my trading gems are all full but I’ll breed my dragon with yours so hopefully we’ll get some twins!
Thanks for all the pics too! I didn’t know Moriante was the dragon from that silhouette. I forgot about that image. It’s really cool. I wish it was the splash screen it’s so much more interesting and well drawn!

I like the design of the night version and the colors of the day version. The egg is REALLY amazing! I need a Rift pedestal now. Moriante is the best dragon of the event!

altho I think a lot of the DECA dragons look like ‘my little pony ‘ variants, I do love the Moriante egg ...
Personally, I think the DECA dragons look like Care Bear variants, or the Care Bear Cousins to be more precise. Especially Moriante with its little crescent moon on its forehead.
Except for Tranquil. That things looks like a mooncalf. 😁

Also, if you buy a habitat with magic, you will still need to wait the usual time while it 'builds'.
Rather than use the magic to buy habitats - 2000 for a Large Rainbow Habitat - buy a Nightmare pedestal for 600 magic, sell it for 13,000,000 - you can then buy the Large Rainbow Habitat with coins and still have some change.....

Thank you adlerist for the breeding hint for Moriante and the pictures. My rift attempts were unsuccessful today, although I did manage four Blue Moons - they not as rare as you might think!
The Twilight Tower and Weather Station setting appear to be 'sticking' now. I changed my settings at reset to Dark and Fireflies and they had not reverted back to Day and Blossoms on my next visit to my park. Thank you Deca.

It may not be as fixed as you think. I believe on single days it sticks, but I think on double days it continually reverts. I may be wrong, but I seem to remember things sticking on certain days and not others and figuring out that was the difference. I hope I’m wrong, but I believe it is going to stop ‘sticking’ at reset today.
I love my vine dragon avatar created by ElektronX. Now, if only BFS would add it to the game...

I managed to get a Moriante in the rift today. If anyone else has been lucky with one, and is wondering the best way to get a second, try breeding your Moriante with a Blue Moon. Not only do you get the 5% cloning chance, Moriante has a light element when breeding so you also get the 2% breeding chance on top of it with light + Blue Moon.
Edit: This is also the best way to social clone the dragon for the first time, your Blue Moon with their Moriante.
Has anyone else noticed an extra star in their park? I was clearing my islands earlier looking for flag bearers and stars and the yellow border around the visitors icon disappeared.
I moved to the next island and there was a blue star which gave 5 magic when I clicked on it.
I don't usually count the stars when I collect them, so don't know whether this is an extra one or whether I am being short changed one star on every other day.
This is the second time that I have found an 'extra' star after the yellow border has disappeared. I dismissed it the first time thinking I wasn't paying attention, but this time I double checked the visitor icon.
Today, I found two stars after the border around the visitor icon disappeared. I didn’t remember finding the wizard Elminster, so even though the border had disappeared, I was looking for him. I found one star out in the open, one was hidden and only visible in path edit mode. So beware, the border disappearing doesn’t always mean you have found all the stars.

The extra stars are related to the majority correctly answering the trivia question, I think there are five of them.
My question is whether the stars are designated in the program, so if you find all of the "extra" stars before all of the "regular" ones, the border will change after the last "regular" one and there won't be more in your park, or if the border just disappears after you have found the regular number of stars (not individually designated as to "regular" or "extra") and there will always be five others somewhere in the park?

Good point, I don't think it had been mentioned that the extra stars may not be included in the yellow border number.
I would also like to know the answer to this question - I don't count the stars as I collect, so am relying on the border to let me know when all stars are collected. Don't want to leave uncollected stars in the park - especially on a doubles day.
Anyone think there will be more new Dragons after Moriante?
This is my question too...
I doubt there will be any more event dragons released. DarkMatter expires in another six days and Moriante about the time the event is due to finish. They probably wouldn't release another event dragon before DarkMatter expired - and the time left before the event finishes wouldn't be long enough for breeding.

Thanks for mentioning this - you are right - the settings are not 'sticking' on doubles day. Just mildly annoying.
