I don’t understand why in the limited section it only shows what I already have. In my main park, it shows Equinox and it’s egg and Starshine, but no egg, because I don’t have the egg. In my baby park it only shows Starshine because I have not yet gotten Equinox or it’s egg or Starshine’s egg. Does anyone have anything more in the limited section? It makes no sense to only have the things you already have in the limited section, because then you do not need to buy them.
I checked this in my main park and my secondary park. My main park has all the dragons and pedestals, and the Limited tier is visible with its contents (Equinox, Starshine, and both their pedestals). My secondary park doesn’t have Equinox and Starshine or their pedestals, and the entire Limited tier is missing from the event market. If your park doesn’t own these dragons or pedestals, the Limited tier is missing. If you own some of the tier’s contents, the Limited section is visible with the items you own.
For parks that have the Limited tier, the contents are not available (all the items are shaded). Also, Equinox and Starshine are not currently breedable. So it appears the error is with the Limited section showing in our parks. The Limited tier should (hopefully) be available and accessible to all parks when the tier is correctly released with the first set of limited dragons.

My main game is stuck at the Fortuitous Forecastle too because I didn’t complete the tutorial all the way. Been so long other games have 1300-1500 magic now, while my main game has 25. It’s sad. Perhaps they’ll get it fixed before the Next event day and I can at least give away gems.
Maybe those of you who can't play will be given some event currency since you're missing out right now. I remember this happened a few years ago during Whitbee's Candy Bash. There was some type of error, and when they got it fixed, I was given 100 candies (or maybe it was 500, I don't remember the exact amount) since I couldn't play for a while.

I asked Deca to consider reimbursing players for a day’s worth of Magic (or more if this persists beyond the reset). No word back, but the sun hasn’t risen in Berlin. There’s absolutely no guarantee they can do it. They’ve never done this before, and there may not be a way to differentiate which parks were locked out and which were not. So everyone, please do not hold them to it or have expectations. Players may need to email Deca if they were affected so they can identify the correct parks.

Long ago, Backflip would just send everyone a reimbursement when they had issues for a subset of players. They rarely targeted just people impacted by the problem. But if they wanted to identify those with the issue, pick parks with 25 magic total.
Hurray!!! I got an email back and they reset the tutorial. I can get through and work on my main park. To all that had issues with the tutorial freezing up, check if your game tutorial has been reset, if not please email them. It worked for me.

I can't get past the Fortuitous Forecastle. Is anyone else having this problem or am I the only unlucky one?
It’s the same for me, but after a crash of my game when I was « choosing » dragons to compete. When I reloaded the game I had the 25 magic, and now I can’t go through the fortuitous forecastle, it’s grey. I’ve send an email to Deca, they received it. So I have to wait an answer... It’s really frustrating, but in a way I’m relieved I’m not alone with this bug...

I don't mind emailing DECA. If it's faster than waiting for them to identify everyone's park then I'm good with it. Whatever is easiest. Id rather email and get some magic than not email and be upset. There are some games I've played where there's no help I'm very happy dragonvale isn't like that at all!

My game is fixed too with the added magic! Thanks DECA! I was able to send gems and food to my friends for the day too. Email DECA if your game is still stuck. Thanks to everyone for the help and moral support during this!
I’m encouraged to see that some players’ emails have been answered and their games fixed. No answer yet from my email of yesterday afternoon. I found a different email address on their website and forwarded my first email to that email. Hoping someone will see one of the 2 emails and fix my game. I have a busy day at work this morning but I’d like to give away gems and treats, at least, so my friends don’t miss a day from me.

Please be aware, support@decagames.com is Deca’s former/expired email (see post).
You can contact Deca in-game through Options > Email Support. Or you can open a help ticket here (click Submit Ticket in the upper right corner, under Submit a Request choose DragonVale. A form will show to complete the help ticket).
Since this issue is related to your park, it may be best to contact them directly from your game (this way all your park information is included in your email).
You should receive a confirmation email shortly after submitting your ticket. If you do not, you may be using Deca’s old support site/contact info.
