Again, I felt like this was affirmation that, yes, I should be getting candy when placing a pedestal from the Rift. And of course, I had to test and provide a video of it not working for me.
I’ve informed Deca of this incident so they can let their DV support team know that Rift-bred pedestals have no currency or XP value. It should prevent the confusion from occurring again. I’m very sorry you experienced this, and I thank you greatly for letting me know. This will help the DV support folks a lot. If you need anything else, please don’t hesitate to ask.

Just popping in to ask; no comment on this on page 1 of this thread: can Nox (yes, I actually finally BRED en event dragon, halleluia) be parent cloned in the rift? The sandbox says no, and my experience so far has been only to produce Rdark and Rlight ... So before we all waste more E trying for a pedestal, can a knowledgeable person clear that up on the OP please? I realise there is a note on OP that it can’t be social cloned (obviously, as it’s Rift only) but it seems it can’t be parent cloned either? Thankyou 🌻🌻 🐨🐨🐨for the final few days

It is not an evolution dragon so it can be single parent cloned in the rift. Dragons with opposing traits always seem really hard to clone though. You can always buy the pedestal from the rift market but I totally understand wanting to breed for it. Koala. 🐨
Adlerist, I noticed the list for the last daily rewards in incorrectly counting ghost and nosfaratu that you own. It is counting the ghost versions as well as the regular.

I lucked up and got Nox second try - bout passed out!! Lol. I wanted to get a second one as well since it earns $E at a epic rate. I have been breeding it with Antumbra. I am seeing the same thing, except I am mostly (🤔 possibly exclusively now that I think about it) getting regular light & dark (assuming Rdark & Rlight are rift dark and light). Since I was just trying to clone it and I'm still missing so many other rifted dragons, I gave up and moved on.

Thanks adlerist. I wasn't bothered so much with the support group not being aware that there isn't any currency or XP when placing a pedestal from the rift, as I am sure that there is an overwhelming amount of information that they are working with. My problem came in when they said they tested my park and it worked fine for them... twice. I would have rather them ignore my request than to tell me they did something that they clearly didn't do. I realize that it's not your job and don't expect you to, but I do appreciate your willingness to work with Deca on our behalf and will definitely keep that in mind for future reference ☺️

I got the Nox! I got the Nox! Finally, after spending E$ out the wazoo every day. I went from E$4,500,000 to E$3,950,000 trying to breed that nasty little @#$&! since it was introduced but I guess that’s what E$ are for 🤪

Just now, on my next collection trip and to find the next round of Candy prizes, I found another Flagger, even though the Flagger indicator wasn’t showing. Not a big deal but as I said, “odd”. Anyone else experience this?

Oh thank goodness, finally bred the Nox as well. I should actually be able to afford the clone-only dragons now, if I'd had to buy the Nox I'm not sure I'd have made it. (Not sure why I'm so low on currency this time around, beyond the expenses involved in the Nox being the first event dragon I've bred this entire event, but that's been the case in prior events and I've littered dozens of pedestals before even given that... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ )

I was also able to get a Nox, 🥳 and have been trying fo clone it for the past couple of days to no avail. Seem to be developing a pattern with my limiteds, buy one, breed one, buy one, breed one, hmmm 🤔. So far, Maw is the only one of the other group I’ve been able to clone. Hopefully I’ll have enough candy for the rest, but then my decoration buying budget takes a real hit. I’ve also picked up three of the rift habitats and two more Spookie ones.
Through out the whole event, golden chests were very limited to me, maybe seeing only 5 or 6 during free play. Through these, I’ve gotten just a couple of items needed for the Porcelain and Wrath. So I bought the Started Packs for both. That was painful,lol, a huge hit to my Gem balance. Will wait a while before paying out more to do the transformation.

I didn't get nox or any limited. I'll have enough currency left to buy charlattan and scourge after stacking up on habitats, though. At least Barbarous and one eldritch were free.

If you evolve now it is 1000 event currency. It will be 100 gems once the event ends. Also if you can it is best to evolve rift versions. You can always send over to regular park and breed in coop to get regulars and then pedestals. And if you are in it for the really long game and collect everything then it is best to evolve two rift versions (a rift and twin rift) so you can get the rift pedestals since all evolved dragons need two of the same parent to produce another.

It wasn’t Whitbee or Elminister, it was a Flagger...he as carrying a Flag.

Charlatan and the rest of the breedable event dragons will be available for the next three days of double currency and also the two days of currency spending. So, still a few more days to try and get scourge.

In addition to amos reply, if you are thinking of evolving a dragon using currency, do it before the currency collection ends - ie within the next three days.
In a past event, the evolving cost changed back to gems once currency was no longer able to be earned. Deca did change it back, but some people had already spent their event currency.
