Thank you, I did delete and reinstall but unfortunately it did not help. Since I can log into my lower lever park makes me think it might be something specific to that one. I’ll report back after I hear from Deca.

I can't get DV to load. Anyone else having this problem?

Mine kept crashing as soon as I tried to breed or hatch.  I did a complete power off of my IPad for a couple minutes and DragonVale worked for me after a device power down/power up.

There is another player locked out of their park….they contacted DECA.

Having the same issue in my Grammy Fungus park. Contacted support, did all of their suggestions and still no connection. Started yesterday after updating iOS on my phone. Main Pixie park on my iPad working fine.

Sorry to those I exchange gems with on the Grammy Fungus park, will get back to normal when fixed.

I don’t see this complaint on Reddit and Discord, and I can open DV on an iPad Pro. But I have not updated to iOS 14.8. This update was released a couple days ago, so it seems there would be more players complaining if it was related to the update. Might be a problem with specific devices (?).

k5wc also mentioned a similar problem. I’ll report this issue, but in the meantime please open a help ticket on Deca’s support site.

I’ve been in contact with Deca about my problem and still no solution. I can’t log in to my main park but after 3 attempts with getting the something went wonky message, Game Center comes up and I can log into another park. I’ve tried on both iPad Pro 12’s and iPhone 10. They all stopped working after yesterday’s reset. Also I’ve been informed that when a friend tries to visit my park they get the wonky message and their game crashes. I had not updated to the newest IOS before my troubles, I have now with it not helping. The game glitched just after the end of event message popped up, it was 14 seconds before reset yesterday.

Thanks for helping. Updated both phone and iPad to 14.8 yesterday, iPad is working fine for Dragonvale, it’s just the phone that won’t load. Funny that it is the park on the phone that went directly to level 50. Connection? Maybe

I am once again affected by the bug that makes one unable to gather exp.

E.g. no reward even listed on the ship, coli, etc.

But DECA seems to have still not fixed the issue, whatever the cause was last time. Or it didn't actually work.

Worse, I opened and reclosed a few times to now have a sliver of XP from seemingly nothing. The problem mutated

If anyone else is once again suffering from the bug of being unable to gain exp, please report.

XP was 100% hardlocked last time, but now tasks do nothing and I have a sliver from seemingly nothing, maybe growing food?

I did up date the day it came out and didn’t notice anything. Have had some issues today with crashing and splash screens trying
to decide which one is going to be on. So far nothing major like being locked out of park.

So after today’s reset, I signed out of Game Center and deleted the app. Power cycled my device, signed back into Game Center and reinstalled dragonvale. Back to working! My iPhone was still not loading, so did the same routine and now it’s back to working too. I’ll let Deca know in a email of my status. Thanks for all the help.

Something is screwy. I just got the Pirates in Paradise loading screen.

Typically when this happens, it’s due to a lack of storage on your device, or a poor internet connection.

Delete or remove images/videos from your device to increase the storage. That could be causing the problems.

That’s what mine was doing yesterday and today when I couldn’t get it to load. Now that it’s fixed on the first load it was the camping splash screen and now it has updated to the Kairos splash screen.

Thanks for your advice. I have lots of storage and a decent internet connection. I have very few pictures and no videos. I may try doing the delete thing but that always makes me nervous

I've found that on my older device I will always receive the older event screen once before the game recognizes the new screen. It doesn't impact the loading time for the game though, just a quirk on my end.
