I love the colors they used for this dragon it really makes it stand out! I also like the breeding combo and using Daydream. And of course the breeding odds, DECA has been really great at helping us out with the odds. 🥰
Right! I couldn’t believe it when I saw them all lined up in the plant racks outside the store.
I’m going to buy it a large pot so I can keep it outside by the front door. I normally only garden bed my plants, but we are in a rental house right now and I want to take this dragon flower with me when we move to the new place later this fall. ❤️💜

You can keep fuchsias outside, but you’ll need to bring it indoors during the winter. Also, if you live in a hot, dry climate, it’s better to keep them inside during the summer. They don’t like the heat or desert climate. A little humidity is better. Even after you move from your rental, it’d probably be best to keep it in a portable pot so it can be easily moved indoors. Fuchsias are quite finicky.

I put my new dragon flower, that’s what we call it 😉, in a pot outside by the front door so it can have am light and not get burnt from the afternoon heat. I’m maybe 70-80 miles from the gulf coast, so I’m hoping the summer won’t be to dry. 🌺

FWIW, I also got another untraited Glasswing in the Rift using level 17 Daydream and level 20 Lacuna on the second 10,000 E try. My lucky day! My level 20 Glasswing is up in my Coop Cave.

I have actually just updated my post, as they made some last minute changes before releasing the dragon.
And the incorrect breeding time of Glasswing is my fault. I passed along some faulty info to Alderist.

Deca have been very generous this event with the breeding odds. This has been a great event with dragons that have been easier to breed than some in previous events. I hope that they keep up the good work. The game is more enjoyable when there is the possibility of breeding a new dragon rather than being resigned to having to breed it.

Thanks for the great breeding tip amos. I needed an extra non-rifted Daydream in my park so tried two Daydreams together and out popped a Glasswing. I was very surprised.
I haven't managed to get any of the limiteds so far , but today I got wavelyte on my 3rd try! That starts to make up for my bad luck
Congratulations on Wavelyte. The Gemstone & Crystalline dragons can be hard to get. The best way to try for the limited dragons is in co-op. You have a 10% chance of getting Glasswing (or any of the expired limited's) that way, compared to 3.75% (for Glasswing) if you use the breeding combo. If you have a daydream and use that with a friend's Glasswing you have a 13.75% chance of getting it - while it is available.
It looks like the best thing to convert extra currency for the most dragoncash is the Burcadian Monolith. Buy for 160 event currency and sell for 5 million. This converts to 31,250 each egg. These are quite large to store and may need to be bought & sold immediately. The next best thing is Glowwing and Starwing eggs at 105 event currency and sell for 1.5 million. This converts to 14,285 each egg.

If you have runestones you have not used to activate an RBC, I believe today is the last day to activate caves and still have 7 days to use them before the event island disappears.

The Burcadian Monolith was the highest DC return in a previous event, but the additional time it takes to buy and sell them one at a time is extremely prohibitive. Especially if you have tens of thousands of extra currency to burn through. While the Glowwing and Starwing eggs have a considerably smaller return, the fact that you can buy as many as you want and you can utilize the "buy another" option when you click on a pedestal makes it a much more manageable situation. Of course, if you have a ton of spare time on your hands and don't mind the mind-numbing grind, by all means go for it!

I feel the same way it’s easier to just buy the pedestal. I remember last year the deco had a better return but I went with the pedestal b/c it’s faster. Although this time I’m going to spend all my eggs on the new decorations. I’m really glad DECA is doing new decos b/c it gives me something to buy since I don’t need the dragoncash from the eggs.
