PSA: last month, the FB Game Rep reported that Pixie, Hedera, and Glyph do not follow the evolve breeding rules and can be cloned/bred with only one target parent.
To breed an evolve dragon, both parents must be the desired dragon (Pixie + Pixie = Pixie). Since Pixie, Hedera, and Glyph were Deca’s first dragons, they may have been unaware of the evolve dragon breeding rule. And they did not have time to correct them before the event started.
TIP: if you need Pixie, Hedera, or Glyph, and you do not have all their evolve decorations, you may be able to clone them from a friend in the co-op.
FYI: the DV sandbox does correctly show Pixie, Hedera, and Glyph can be single-parent bred/cloned and provides the top breeding pairs.

The DragonVale FB folks are on a roll! They’ve discovered the last quest in the game, until the limiteds are released.
esme, you were sooo close! Maybe you did dream the quest 'Snooze You Lose' (while you snoozed 😴). Or maybe you misread the quest in your game. Either way, I much prefer your version. 'Snooze You Lose' is far funnier, catchier, and just plain honest. 'Snooze No More' is snooze-worthy 💤 in comparison. I hope Deca hires your dreams to write their quests.

adlerist, could you confirm that this also includes Minchi please? Minchi was introduced at the same as Pixie etc. The sandbox shows that can be single parent bred/cloned.
The reset time has changed, one hour earlier. Unless summer time is already on in USA ?
DST is two weeks earlier in the US. Which brings up an interesting topic that a rep has mentioned to Deca.
Deca is still planning on changing the daily reset to three hours earlier. When this occurs, we do not know if the daily reset will recognise the US or Europe DST. Following CEST makes sense. But since the majority of players are in the US, and the game has always changed with the US DST, I think Deca will need to be clear with an in-game message regarding any new time changes regarding the start and end of CEST. Most US players do not follow CET/CEST and are not aware of the dates for CEST. Since Deca is making this big change to DV, they will need to communicate it to all players through the game.

I'm tempted to know if the whining super-situation from years ago still works.
I thought that lucky Fury twin a lucky LVL 26 park sent to me would give me hope... I knew it's a good idea to name my Fury, Nagito too...
Maybe I'll shift the the Co-op focus to cloning one of the event dragons now. I'm tired...

Ok. I'll give it to adlerist, double parent breeding is the only worthwile form of event breeding unless you absolutely can't.
That being said, the only dragon I'll badly need is eldritch. I only have the normal version. I've bred it with multiple epics so far, all of which produced a clone. But no eldritch. Bad luck or terrible odds?

Btw, adlerist , I'm sorry if this has been asked already, but is there any chance the expansion for that lost/easter island might turn up?
I don't mean suddenly added, but as a limited option or sth. It would be bad if it's a 15k+ monster and no one has currency stored.

I have a question, I want a rifted Canvas Dragon. Are the breeding odds better with Canvas + Canvas or Canvas + Poison? It isn’t listed in the chart.
I would use Canvas + Canvas. Can’t beat that combo!

A couple other quick notes about RBC (I admit I have not read through what was posted, so these could be redundant.):
- if you are breeding for a specific snowflake or monolith, you can click into the claim button and it will show you the dragons picture and what version is available to claim without having to claim one. You can then close the window with no impact to your claim. - the spring setting has it perpetually day so don’t forget to change to night if your breed requires it (if you can).
