22,5k chrysalis egg was rifted duskwing. Already had one. The wiki says every egg is 7,5k more expensive than the last -- is there really no cap?
Can't say for sure if there is a cap or not. My park is up to 90,000 Etherium for the next Chrysalis mystery egg. I won't be buying any more as I have all that I need to be able to breed them all when we get a break between events and I have nothing else to breed for in the rift. Galaxy mystery eggs max out at 225,000 Etherium.
This morning I noticed the extraordinary animation of the Prestige dragon while it was prancing around the coop (thankyou dhlilley for the twin). I've been watching it for ages, but can't quite make out the story behind it. Suddenly a second one appears and then purple boxes on the ground into which they disappear briefly. Then more boxes and the second dragon reappears. Is it a reflection? What exactly are the boxes? Is the Prestige dragon a magician? Please reveal these mysteries?
Now I must have a careful look at other dragons and see what animations I could have missed.

Don't be caught out by Lageto leaving. At the next reset, Lageto will be no longer available to breed or buy.
Yesterday I used up to and including the 40,000 level trying for a rifted Lageto (5,000 is my usual max, 10,000 if I'm desperate), but no...today I thought "what else is that e for?" and got it, less than two hours to go, on my second 60,000 breed. So at least the huge hit to my etherium stash was worth it! And I can get past the aggravation of breeding 5 untraited Lagetos in the rift over the past week...
By the way, someone mentioned Lageto's connection to gelato, it should also be noted that lagarto is Spanish for lizard/alligator (and presumably dragon). Nice design and name for an ice-cream lizard.

At the beginning of this event I was disappointed that we had another event so soon. I really wanted to try for some missing dragons. Lo and behold some of the dragons missing from my vale were in the event prize tiers. 😮 I’m now only missing 4 dragons (knarr, kwall, malefice, and ocular) and 16 ghostlies (not a fan anyway).
That’s true. If members would prefer to have this koala instead, I can change it. The animation is limited and glitchy (sometimes it refuses to play on the forum), but it has no tail, or at least we can’t see it.
This is a Koala? No they don’t have tails but the first one looks more like a Koala 🐨 This poor thing looks like a bear with the mumps.🤷♀️
Haha! The koala looks like that because it’s eating eucalyptus leaves. But the animation doesn’t always play on the forum, so the action sticks when its mouth is full.

Regardless, I won’t be changing the koala award. The fluffy tailed koala wins the day and our hearts!

Still trying for rifted Midnight - haven’t got a rifted Midday either . been trying for over 3 weeks now - up to 10k E everyday! Last dragon that took me this long was Panalong when it was first released (that took 102 breeds - I remember it well!) I’ve tried throughout previous BEB but they still allude me. Feeling frustrated.
This was changed a couple months ago to address a bug in the games, but Deca hasn’t changed the theme name to None.

Which of these do you guys reckon I should pick? i.e Which will be hardest to obtain via normal methods in the future?
All of these dragons, with the exception of Sunscorch, have fairly similar breeding percentages. Sunscorch has a higher percentage than the rest, so personally, I wouldn’t select it. Darkmatter’s breeding combo is AURORA + NIGHTBLOOM, which means all 10 elements are in play, so you have a potential of 330+ breeding fails during BEB, which would tempt me to go with that one. But since these dragons have close percentages, you may just want to pick the one you like the most.

Rifted Muse or rifted darkmatter, which is harder to breed when at least having the parents?
I've been trying to breed a rifted Darkmatter on and off since the beginning of the event with no luck. I have had some good fails - Darcowl, Riptide and Dash which I didn't previously have in the rift. According to the sandbox there are 206 possible outcomes for Darkmatter using Aurora and Nightbloom but only 67 for Muse with Daydream and Hydra.
I will probably select a twin Darkmatter for the daily reward egg so that when the Runic Breeding Caves come round again, I can hopefully get a rift version.
Are we going to get another week of eggy hatchy on Thursday? No popcorn stand gift in the daily prizes, and none so far in the week-long eggy hatchy tower, should I just give up the idea we'll get one in the event? (Is that why Adlerist is giving them as a forum reward for feedback?)
