This quest is a marvellous clue to interpret Gawk. Aside from his pirate parrot origin, he appears to be taking inspiration from the bird of paradise flower with its colour palette and spiky feathers. Something to consider before rating this paradise bird.

Adlerist, when do we start rating this batch of dragons?
On Friday, after the new limited is released, the first two Rate a Dragon threads will be launched.
I just want to say how incredible it is that members have really taken to rating dragons, so much so, they are looking forward to rating the Pirate dragons. I told Deca the forum greatly appreciated the opportunity to provide dragon feedback, and how much everyone is anticipating the chance to do it again. They absolutely loved hearing about your enthusiasm — it was the greatest feedback of all.

With 41 years of working in IT, and a lot of coding experience, this problem was most likely caused by some recent coding implemented by YOU. GO BACK AND CHECK THE LAST THINGS YOU CHANGED AND YOU WILL FIND THE PROBLEM!!!!!!

I would have thought it was a combination of misentering the time stamps for the weekends of this event, combined with the fact the problem was discovered on a Sunday, when the office was closed.
They should have a direct access table with 31 cells, 1 cell for each day of the month, each cell containing the value of 1 thru 9, which represents the value to multiply the ‘dubloons’ by (I think I’ve seen triple values) for that given day. That way, they would only have to change the table once per month AND whenever changing the table, another programmer should check/verify the initial work…QC, Ya know. They shouldn’t have to do it every day. The more often changes are made (especially without another’s verification) the more often for someone to make a mistake.
Nevertheless, they would find it by CHECKING THE LAST THING(S) DID.

they fix it so its ok. it was mistake & they made up for it. if it happen every event then its bad but first time & fixed quick. everyone make mistakes they say sorry & give us 3x day.

That's what happened to me. I ended up with Gold and Seasonal in my breeding caves, so I had to use Kairos to speed through some of the long fails.
But the timing was just right and he should be ready to go on Triples day.
I pulled Kairos off his recliner just after reset on Sunday, so…
I’m gonna miss the triple day on Wednesday by 38 minutes!! 😭😭😭

My boards always seem to barely request any dragon I’ve saved up in my gifts...
Has anyone encountered any full-epic boards yet? That’s what I’ve been saving my fails for.
I've not gotten one epic ask, but I let them expire a few times inbetween.
