amos I think you were looking at the wrong pedestal? :) It looks like the best thing to convert extra currency for the most dragoncash is the COMBUSTION pedestal. Buy for 700 event currency and sell for 6 million. This converts to 8571 dragoncash per each pinecone. Next would be the Seraph pedestal. You can buy for 500 event currency and sell for 4 million. This converts to 8,000 dragoncash per each pinecone. 
The best pedestal to buy & sell is the Seraph pedestal. Per amos - You can buy for 500 event currency and sell for 4 million. This converts to 8,000 dragoncash per each pinecone.
The next best is Combustion. Buy for 900 pinecones and sell for 6 million DC. This converts to 6,667 DC per pinecone.
If you have 200 pinecones left after your spend-a-thon, buy any of the house dragon pedestals (Mountain Sun etc) and sell for 1,000,000 DC. This converts to 5,000 DC per pinecone.

Into the wild, wild, world of DragonVale lies the wilderness. There are no paths and all dragons consider it uninhabitable, except one. The WILDERNESS dragon has emerged from the depths of the wildlands with professional camping tips.
You can’t go 'Into the Wild' without the 'wild'erness. Wilderness is in the co-op among the thick thickets and woody woodlands. If you can find him, you’ll earn the coveted Camping Badge. Koala Camping to all!
Breeding hint: NIGHTBLOOM + SERAPH
Breeding/incubation time: 26 hours
Status: Limited tier, 10 days
Hidden elements: Wilderness contributes plant, dark, light, air, fire
Breeding odds: breeding hint 4.5%; social clone 1.5%
Hey! I bred Wilderness in the Rift on the third try — and it has a dark trait! Both Nightbloom and Seraph were at level 20. May the traited Koalas be as kind to you!

We are all so proud of you, DragonLover!Hey wait a minute, that's me! I'm DragonLover!Thank you everyone for all the cheers! I'm really honored to have my dragon design be used for something official in the game, especially considering how important this game is to me! My life's purpose is now complete, and I can retire on all the pinecones people will spend on Wilderness.And yes MinyaZ , during the Ahoy Community Contest (the origin of Navigation), I wanted to make a map dragon because I figured having a dragon with map wings would be something unique (and apparently no one else thought of the idea)! Once I picked out the name "Navigation," I thought about the various tools and methods used by sailors and pirates to navigate the ocean. One of the most well-known methods is the usage of stars and constellations, and upon remembering that star maps are a thing, I gave Navigation a night form reflecting this! I'm also just a sucker for day-night dragons as well as sparkly/starry dragons, so that contributed a bit too.So anyway, yay! I'm a celebrity now! Just don't try searching for that Reddit username in the picture--I deleted my Reddit account a while ago, so you're not going to be able to find anything.
