WELCOME BACK TO THE SEVENTH ROUND OF RATE A DRAGON!
Hello DV Forum Friends!
Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of our player’s assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on March 9th. At the end of the event, your feedback will be passed on to Deca. I will be combining the Forum and Discord feedback together and submitting it to Deca under the title of both communities.
Please take a minute to rate the Sweet Dreams dragons from 1-5 for each category. You can either post your ratings and comments on this thread, or message me. Thank you for participating, sharing your thoughts, and making this game even better than it was yesterday.
RATE A DRAGON UPDATE
The Rate a Dragon threads have a brand new category for you to rate. During the last event, Schmacklar asked if we could rate the dragon’s breeding combination. I asked Deca if they’d like feedback on the breeding combo and they agreed. Thank you so much, Schmacklar!

Please rate the Orlena dragon on a scale of 1 to 5 (1 = worst, 5 = best). If a rating below 1 or above 5 is given, it will not count.

1. Rate Orlena’s animation quality: 3 Its animations are nothing bad, but nothing special either. Just completely mediocre.
2. How would you rate Orlena’s Rift trait placement and look: 2 I like the stripes on the rigid part of its wings and its hearts, but doing just the wings is kinda jarring. I really wish something additional was trained.
3. Rate Orlena’s size: 4 A nice size.
4. Rate Orlena’s price: 1 Why is the first limited so incredibly expensive already?
5. How well does Orlena fit the theme of the event: 5 It comes from a dreamy basis (queen of hearts) and is lovely. It fits well.
6. Rate the attention to detail in Orlena’s design: 4 The horn crown and stripey design make it really feel more wacky and non-standard, which helps to suit the theme. I like it!
7. How would you rate Orlena’s breeding combo (ROSEGOLD + fire): 4 Perfectly reasonable, although I don't see the point in requiring fire when rosegold already has it.
8. How much do you like Orlena?: 4 It is good, but I don't think it goes beyond being good. A fine addition for the start of the event.

ORLENA DRAGON
1. Animation: 5/5
2. Rift trait: 4.5/5 I like the trait placement but could have a little more on the body.
3. Size (if you don’t own Orlena, please check a friend’s park): 5/5
4. Price (15,000 Roses): 1/5 Too expensive for the first limited.
5. How well does Orlena fit the theme: 5/5
6. Design details: 5/5 I like how Orlena’s wing makes a heart shape with its tail in the negative space. Although I might not have noticed it if adlerist didn’t point it out lol
7. How would you rate Orlena’s breeding combo (ROSEGOLD + fire)?: 5/5 I like the use of Rosegold!
8. How much do you like Orlena (1 = I hate it, 5 = I love it!): 3.5/5
9. Comments / feedback for Deca (optional): Not my favorite dragon but that’s just my personal taste. The baby is very adorable!

9. I'm getting tired of hearing Hidden Bolt's sound (Baby uses Air's and Adult uses's Apocalypse) on several dragons lately, TBH. Most of the appearances don't even fit the sound at all. Same with Lycan's (which has the baby uses Light's sounds and the Adult using Cold's sound.) I remember a simliar situation with most dragons that uses Willow's sound and it's a simliar situation with this.
