GAME CENTER FRIENDS ARE GREYED OUT OR FACEBOOK FRIENDS MISSING
If you cannot gift your Game Center friends because they’re greyed out, it’s usually because the game has logged you out of Game Center. If your FB friends are missing, your park or your friend’s park may be no longer be connected to FB.
To resolve the Game Center issue, open your Social menu. At the bottom, there will be a button with the Game Center icon. If it’s red, you’re logged out. Press it to log back into GC (you won’t need to enter your Apple ID or password). That should bring your GC friends back so you can gift them. You may need to restart your game for the login to take.
To check if you’re logged into Facebook or Game Center, tap the Social icon. At the bottom of the Social menu you’ll see the Facebook and Game Center buttons.
To check all your login settings, go to Options > Switch Park. At the top of the menu, you’ll see the buttons for Facebook, Game Center, Google, and Apple.
• If the button is blue — you’re logged in
• If the button is red — you’re logged out
Note: If you’re trying to link your park to your FB account, you’ll need to use the FB button on the Social button. The FB button on Switch Parks will not bind your park to your FB account.
