Deca Games has developed a series of questions to gather feedback from players regarding their new event dragons. To capture an accurate account of our player’s assessments, Rate a Dragon threads are created for each new dragon. These threads will be available approximately one to four weeks after a dragon’s release to allow players some time to breed the dragon and admire its fine qualities.
The Rate a Dragon threads will remain unlocked until the event concludes on March 9th. At the end of the event, your feedback will be passed on to Deca. I will be combining the Forum and Discord feedback together and submitting it to Deca under the title of both communities.

1. 3 2. 3 3. 4 4. 2.5 5. 3 6. 3.5 7. 2 8. 3 9. Odds were way too low for a limited. Costs are pretty high considering it is harder to earn currency this event. I missed the rift version of this as well as Cupido. I bred two in rift without a trait so it was disappointing to not get a rift version within a week of constant tries and hundreds of thousands of E.
1. Aww.. its nice. I raced it and it does a floaty backflip while doing so! 4.5. But these leg physics though. 0.5 points deducted.
2. I wish it covers all the gold parts. 4.5

4. I’m quite shocked it’s way cheaper than Cupido, but still too much. 3
5. Hmm... Constellation? Related to space? Not sure if it fits right. 3
6. Not really a fan how it looks too much like a horse. 3.5
7. Petunia? Why that specific aura? Light and Air is alright but why Petunia specifically, doesn’t really fit. This almost looks like it’ll have Masque. Dodged a bullet... 4

9. Too bad, it’s just a reskinned Alffa in terms of earning rates and sound. I think this could have been Aura/Dream since an Aura Dragon is needed to breed it and this event is Aura heavy.
4. Price (13,000 Roses): 4 Upper limit for this event, I think.
5. How well does Astraline fit the theme: 3 I feel like the Dream part of this event was poorly articulated. This is the only Dream dragon of the bunch, and it doesn't feel much like a dream element dragon. The story is meh and feels like an excuse to make it Dream instead of a random elemental dragon. BUT, visually, Astraline's horns fit with Lumineux, wings with Lightmare and metal bits with the others.
6. Design details: 3 Love that the horns are reminiscent of Lumineux. The wings are fun. I love the tail. It's very fin-like.
7. Combo: 4 High marks for using an easier to obtain parent. Not a 5 because Petunia makes no sense.
8. How much do you like Astraline?: 3
9. Comments: Astraline is a solid Good addition. It isn't my favourite dragon, but it's a decent addition. It shouldn't have been the sole Dream dragon of this event though. As the sole one, it needed a better backstory.
1. Animation: 4 The floaty feel of all of its animations help to give it some unique character while also making it not feel stilted! Could be a bit better though.
2. Rift trait: 4 This is what more of DECA's recent traits should be like! It's easy to notice and affects a decent amount of the dragon, but also placed in good spots!
3. Size: 2 Average size, average times. This makes it not stand out much.
4. Price: 3 THANK YOU DECA for dropping the price from the 2 prior limiteds! However it's still pretty expensive

6. Design details: 2 Feels a little too overdetailed with all the gold adornments everywhere and the head is too small, but could be worse.
7. How would you rate Astraline’s breeding combo: 3 Very reasonable combo, but it doesn't fit the dragon much
8. How much do you like Astraline: 4 It's a great introduction (so glad it's ACTUALLY DREAM!!!) but other newbies outclass it in the design department.

6. Design - 5 The adult Astraline is sleek with elegance and grace. The wings are amazing. Astraline looks like Pegasus with a bit of greyhound dog mixed in. Baby Astraline looks neither sleek nor graceful.

9. Comments - For me, Astraline and Lightmare are the most satisfying new dragons in the Sweet Dreams event.
Astraline 1. 5/5 Loving the floaty somersaults. 2. 4/5 The tail looks great with the added colour but could do with some in the wings too. 3. 5/5 Perfect size. 4. 3/5 Could be worse but could definitely be better with so much to buy. 5. 5/5 Dreamy. 6. 4/5 The head doesn’t look quite in proportion & it’s legs are a bit off but not sure why. The wings are beautiful though. 7. 4/5 Seems okay to me but as others have said, not sure why Petunia over other Auras. 8. 4/5 Not my favourite but pretty nice. 9. It doesn’t look out of place in a Dream habitat but I wish it could reside in an Aura one too.

9. Comments / feedback for Deca (optional) : Not a fan of the somersaulting, tumbling animation – it looks awkward. Nice amount of rift trait – dark trait is especially lovely. Serenity would have been a good parent as they look as though they could be related. Not sure how Astraline fits into the Sweet Dreams theme – although it would be a nice Aura dragon.
