Thank you so much for providing your feedback. It is immensely helpful, and we’ve thoroughly enjoyed reading everyone’s replies. Here’s a repost of some friendly reminders to ensure all ratings are accurate and counted:
1. You can add comments to your ratings, but please double-check and be sure you provided a number to rate the dragon.
2. If the following is submitted:
1. 5 2. 4 3. 3 4. 5 5. 4 6. 5 7. 5
But there are 8 questions (or if 8 ratings are submitted, but there’s only 7 questions), the ratings will not count because it’s impossible to tell which rating goes to which category. Using the template will help avoid this issue, but it’s certainly not a requirement.
3. Please use a number between 1-5 to rate the dragons. Numbers outside this range will not be calculated in the rating average.
4. If more than one number is submitted, the rating will not be included.
5. If you change your mind or warm up to a dragon, you can edit your rating, but please inform OboeKade so he can ensure it is accurately recorded.
6. The Rate a Dragon threads will be locked on 9 March, when the event concludes. If you need more time, please message me prior to the deadline.
Many thanks to everyone for supporting DragonVale by providing your input on the new dragons. It is greatly appreciated!
And don’t forget, if you complete all the Rate a Dragon threads for the Sweet Dreams event, you will be awarded the Love dragon for your profile. It doesn’t get lovelier than Love!

1. 3 Sorry, but Snooz already did the sleeping on the cloud part and it was much better and cleaner.
2. 5 Just the right amount of small.
3. 3. Why is it slightly cheaper than Buttercup?
4. 4.1 I would add the other 0.9 points if DECA didn’t chicken on adding the dream element. 5. Now that it's fixed.
5. 3.5 Not a fan of it being big-headed. But the "dreamy" look is there alright.
6. 5 Makes sense... Even though that forces it to be Plant, Earth, Fire, Cold as its hidden elements. (AURA FAIL SPAM.) 5. Now that I can use my spare traited Delirium and avoid too many Aura fails. LOL.
7. 2. Nope, pretty forgettable to me. 4. Now that it has something to distinguish from it other Melody Dragons. But still didn't really like how it looks.
8. Gotta love how DECA insists on make Melody Dragons carbon copies of each other with the only REAL difference being Chorister’s timer. This could be easily be Melody/Dream just like Chorister could easily be Melody/Ornamental. It’s right all over the place.
Yay. it's fixed. But stop making anything that need the Dream element a Pseudo. Not everything has to have elements that matches their locked pair's elements.
1. Animation: 4 There's some uniqueness present with many of its animations. I like how centric they all are around sleeping!
2. Size: 3 Average size
3. Price: 1 Newbies added at the start shouldn't be this expensive especially when there are 4 of them!
4. How well does Lullaby fit the theme: 4 Lullaby is a pretty sweet dreamer
5. Design details: 5 Lullaby hits just the right level of detail. It's got some nice stuff to look at but doesn't go overboard with anything.
6. How would you rate Lullaby’s breeding combo: 5 This combo fits well, and it's what a specific combination should be: Both parents fit, neither are hard to get, and the combination of the 2 doesn't have too many elements.
7. How much do you like Lullaby: 5 This has quickly shifted from being middle of the road to being my favorite melody dragon! I thought nothing would beat chorister for a while (considering their prior track record with melodies)
Comments: Melody's cool and all, but y'all should start mixing up what elements melody gets combined with. Like a melody/dark, or a melody/treasure. This was a great opportunity for a melody/dream type

1. Animation: 4 I love the leg movement when he stretches. Very cute. Given it's a Melody, I feel like he should do something... melodic. Like rock on his cloud as he falls asleep or something.
2. Size: 5 Looks to be a nice size
3. Price (13,000 Roses): 4 This was only a decent price (given that we had 4 in the final tier) because 2/4 had such high cloning odds.
4. How well does Lullaby fit the theme: 5 Especially if it had been a Dream/Melody dragon.
5. Design details: I agree with Tor. This dragon has the perfect amount of detail. It feels very DV to me.
6. Combo (SERENITY + MELANCHOLY): 4 Doable from a breeding standpoint. Melancholy is so sad though.
7. How much do you like Lullaby?: 5
Comments: Cute dragon. I like the style. I think this one missed the mark on characterizing the Melody part of his existence though. He just looks tired, not like he's being lulled with a musical number. The other Melodies have dance moves. Maybe I'm missing something since I don't have it yet - just watching the animation provided above. Overall though, I think the team did pretty well with this one and I look forward to spending a bazillion roses to finally add it to my park.

LULLABY DRAGON
1. Animation -4/5 - like the animation but wish there was a bit more to it. Other valers mentioned sound since he is a melody dragon; that would have been a great addition- having him be lulled & rocked to sleep with soft music
2. Size (if you don’t own Lullaby, please check a friend’s park) - 5/5 size fits well
3. Price (13,000 Roses) -2/5 - again, too expensive
4. How well does Lullaby fit the theme - 5/5 - fits theme perfectly with dreams, sleep, lullabies
5. Design details - 5/5 - like his design, like colors used
6. How would you rate Lullaby’s breeding combo? (SERENITY + MELANCHOLY) - 3/5 - another tough one for beginners to the game
7. How much do you like Lullaby? - 5/5 - like his design and colors, fits the theme well; wish his animation had more to it - being rocked to sleep w/music
Comments / feedback for Deca (optional) -great dragon, beautiful design and colors, needs more in animation
Lullaby 1. 4/5 Love the way it cuddles its cloud, it makes me feel sleepy so it’s doing its job 🥱 2. 4/5 Good size at level 20, a bit small otherwise. 3. 2/5 Too much (they’re all too much). 4. 5/5 Perfectly dreamy. 5. 5/5 Fabulous colours & I’m a fan of its big head (it’s full of dreams & melodies)! 6. 4/5 Okay choice as I think some lullabies can be melancholic but maybe Serenity & Snooz would’ve been better. 7. 5/5 Just lovely. 8. This one really should be a Dream dragon. Really difficult to breed too (with such long fails), I was about to buy it when I received a twin (thanks dragonglow !).
Great news that Lullaby now has the Dream element, thanks Deca 👍 (I know the breeding combo has changed too but will keep my original rating)
LULLABY DRAGON 1. Animation = 5 2. Size (if you don’t own Lullaby, please check a friend’s park) = 4 3. Price (13,000 Roses) = 4 4. How well does Lullaby fit the theme = 5 5. Design details = 4 6. How would you rate Lullaby’s breeding combo? (SERENITY + MELANCHOLY) = 4 7. How much do you like Lullaby? = 4
6. How would you rate Lullaby’s breeding combo? (SERENITY + dream element) : 5
7. How much do you like Lullaby? : 3.5
Comments / feedback for Deca : Lullaby is sleeping, so its animation is perfect – very little. Serenity is a great parent for Lullaby, but unsure why Melancholy. But they are both dragons that have been around for a while, and reasonable to breed for newer players. Thank you for adding the dream element to Lullaby.
4. How well does Lullaby fit the theme: 4/5 - Would be a 5/5 if it was also dream element
5. Design details: 5/5
6. Breeding combo (SERENITY + MELANCHOLY): 4/5
7. How much I like Lullaby: 3/5
8. Comments / feedback for Deca:
Another dragon in this event called Sweet DREAMS that could've also been Dream element. If it's an issue of making players buy melody habitats, a solution is that dream habitats could be temporarily moved to the event market to be bought with roses. They're already expensive anyway and players would be incentivized to collect more event currency to buy dream habitats, similar to the incentive to buy omninats.
