🎉🎈🎊🥳️ DRAGONVALE COMMUNITY FORUM'S 10th ANNIVERSARY 🎉🎈🎊🥳️
Today is the Tenth Anniversary of the DragonVale Community Forum.
Over the years, there have been many staff members who have helped to keep the Forum alive and ticking along. All past and present staff member names are forever immortalised on the Forum’s header.
But of course, it is the Forum members who are the life blood of any community. They are the reason that the Forum still exists and have kept it alive for the last ten years.
I think everyone will agree that the Forum has changed significantly from when it was first created. The Forum has evolved and changed, but we are still the friendliest place on the Internet.
To celebrate the occasion and as a thank you to Forum members, we are hosting a party. There will be a Scavenger Hunt and different daily activities created by Forum staff.
We would love to hear of any memories that you have about being a member of the Forum or any of your DragonVale playing experiences.
We all hope that you will join us in the celebrations.
Activity Schedule These are the approximate times that a new activity will be added to the forum. When the activity is added, the time will be changed to a link to the post in this thread. Times are in Mountain Time. Enjoy.
How to Play: 1. Each of these pictures represents a dragon in DV. Your objective is to identify as many as you can while also finding the odd one(s) out. 2. These pictures correspond with a theme or themes of some sort that you will have to identify along with the dragons. Knowing the theme(s) can help you determine the odd one(s) out. 3. Send me a private message when you think you have your solutions; we're on the honor system for looking up dragons (as in please please please don't ruin the fun of figuring out the dragons on your own!) Winning: 4. The person with the most points wins; identifying a dragon correctly yields 1 point while finding an odd one out yields 5 and identifying a theme yields 3. 5. I'll send some gems to the top-scoring participants. 6. You have exactly a week from today to participate and submit your answers to me.
Sample response (the pictures read from left to right): 1. Dargon 2. Dargon 3. Dargon 4. Dargon etc. Theme 1 - Dargon Theme 2 - Also Dargon Odd one out 1 - Dargon Odd one out 2 - Dargon "the sequel" Odd one out 3 - Rainbow Dargon 3
And with that, enjoy!

Two Name That Dragon Puzzles have been completed by the brilliant forum members theresa and glolca in the Chatterbox. The answers are spoiler tagged (thank you adlerist for the genius idea of spoiler tagging them!).
I’ll post the completed puzzles here in case anyone missed them, since they’re released live and not on a strict schedule.
In the Chatterbox, ladyj made quick work of the third installment of Name That Dragon!

Just wanted to say a huge thank you to the forum members, past and present, who have made this forum the place to be for all things Dragonvale. Especially the mods, without whom this place would not exist. Happy 10th Anniversary everyone.
10 Years!!! So great to see this helpful board continue and thrive. There are many faces I miss from years ago, and so many newer members I’ve yet to make connections with. Many thanks to those who have made this all possible, with special nods to Poppy and Fletch.

The wizards of DragonVale held an Art Competition. The top three dragons were given a basket of treats as prizes.
Follow the clues, determine what treat was in each Dragon's basket and by which wizard.
Hint: When you rule out a match, put a cross where the horizontal and vertical squares meet in the grid. When you find a match, put a tick in the grid where the rows meet. Also put a cross in the other squares in those rows, as no other combination can be true.

You can’t have a Luck of the Vale event without Clover
and you can’t have the universe without the Galaxy dragon, Rayleian
