For the first time in a long time, I've had a good event, and been able to catch up on some old releases. I have completed 4 of the 5 Tiers (until the new limited arrives) and only need a LIGHTMARE dragon in the Tent tier. Moon + Dream for the win. Let's do this.

That is excellent news and very generous of Deca to keep Puffles around for another week. I have only just bred my first Puffles in one of my parks. Nothing to do with the number of crashes, but more to do with the number of Aurora, Dream, Rainbow, Sun, Nightbloom and every other long fail I've managed to breed. 🙄

I've been having some problems. What message are players getting when the game crashes? Thanks
Well, at least I know the crashes aren’t just me…. and it seems to be getting better (not crashing as often). Sometimes the game just closes with no message. Other times it says “Connection Error, Try again”. But I’m not having connection problems with any of my other apps.
Deca really does seem to be responsive about making corrections when problems crop up.

The message says
Connection Error
Good grief. It looks like a Lightning Dragon got into the server room. Please reload while we try to handle this.
The crashes started on 27 May. There are PSAs and updates about it on the Bugs and Glitches thread. In addition, there’s info regarding other bugs and tips to ensure your gifts (gems and treats) are delivered. Hope that helps!
