Any news on when Drow may be able to fix the sandbox - I would love % chances to help me to decide breeding activity during the current mini event
I messaged Drow the other day, not on the Forum, on another platform, so he should be aware of the Parent Finder bug. I’ll reach out to him again today to check the status.
As Robin suggested, use the Compendium. It has the game’s percentages. The sandbox had approximate percentages, and it appears they have been removed.
Any updates on when the sandbox will be fixed? I use the Compendium but it is not as easy when you are not around a PC.

I imagine that when there are updates, they'll be posted on this thread. We just need to be patient 😊
You can still use the Sandbox for All Dragons and looking at possible results of combos, you just can't use the Parent Finder or see odds. I would advise using the Compendium for odds anyway, and although it takes a little practice, it's quite easy to come up with combos you can use without using a Parent Finder - the only particularly difficult ones are combos that use epic elements, and the Sandbox's All Dragons page helps with that as it lists hidden elements.
I know it's not ideal but just as a replacement until the Sandbox is back to usual

There has been no update, very sorry about that. 😔
Aside from the Compendium, the Forum does have the Encyclopaedia Dracontine, which lists every breeding hint and MinyaZ regularly updates it so the current limited dragons are showing. In addition, DV Wiki has the breeding combo for each dragon on its page.

everything should be fixed now, please let me know here if you notice anything still awry.
what happened? the backend JSON library decided to peace out and write everything as strings, even the numbers. as anyone who does a bit of javascript will know, 22.1 + 22.1 = 44.2, but "22.1" + "22.1" = "22.122.1" and "22.1" / "22.122.1" is not a number at all. this pretty well wrecked any of the percentage calculations, and anything which tried to use them just gave up.
i've removed and recompiled the JSON library, and this new version seems to do things correctly. i'll have to add a test to watch for this in the future.

Thank you for your tireless efforts. A member of my community spotted your fix an hour ago and I just wanted to extend my appreciation, and that of my FB community.

The Dragonvale Sandbox is an online web app created to help you experiment with breeding combinations, figure out what your best options are to breed a particular dragon, and figure out what dragon you just bred. The original version was run for many years by r0b0_tr0n, the current version was a complete rewrite by drow in 2017 after r0b0_tr0n decided to step back from his project.
The main page of the web app allows you to select two dragons to breed, and whether you're breeding in an accelerated cave, and presents a list of dragons which might result. Each dragon is described with images of both the dragon and its egg, its breeding time, and an estimate of how likely it is to be bred. All percentages are estimates, sometimes wildly so. Please consult the Dragonvale Compendium for more exact numbers.
In contrast, the Parent Finder page allows you to select one dragon you want to breed (dragons of recent interest are often linked as Trending dragons), and presents a list of breeding pairs which might result in that dragon, in order of descending likelihood. Again, all percentages are estimates, please don't blame the Sandbox if you keep getting Double Rainbows.
There are some additional pages on the web site, including a list of All Dragons, dragons matching Quests, and several Games and Random Things.

Thanks a lot for fixing the sandbox. We all really appreciate it. It’s such a life saver and also the way it’s all laid out. So easy to use! Appreciate all the effort and time you put into it.
1. Vaul is showing up as being currently breedable despite it being limited
2: Minchi, Hedera, Glyph and Pixie are all showing up as being single-parent cloneable despite being evolution dragons, no other evo dragon has this issue

If I could add to this, there are several other evolve dragons that still show single-parent clonability. The only way to clone evolve dragons is for both parents to be the target dragon (Aubergine + Aubergine = Aubergine).
• The sandbox is showing single-parent cloning is possible for the evolve dragons: Aubergine, Blotato, Curlyleaf, Glyph, Hedera, Karroot, Minchi, Pixie, and Vidalia.

Um, Small Bug So when I breed the Manomano Dragon with the Kaiju Dragon, the Crawler Dragon doesn't appear in the pool. I wanted to breed this combo because I could satisfy the breeding conditions for both the Crawler Dragon and Zilla Dragon. Just wanted to let you know, so you can quickly fix it; I think that the Crawler Dragon is currently "Unavailable" within sandbox because when I put it into "Bring 'Em Back" mode, the Crawler Dragon appears in that pool.

Someone on the wiki noted that the Ignaqtus dragon isn't showing up as results. I checked and it isn't showing up for Celerulean + Dark (the combo they used) or Water + Fire but it did when I ticked BeB. Please could the Sandbox be updated to show Ignaqtus as permanent?
drow, the sandbox is showing Chuck is unavailable, and he would like a word with you. 😁
Thank you!
PS, Ignaqtus is still missing its permanent status, as @metaphoricalrobin reported above. Cheers!
